Does he STILL wanna smash Gordon's face in? Even Hooky doesn't hate, well, slash resent, slash have great irritation for Bernard Mancunian-Has-the-Same-Last-Name-as-Sting that much.

Non-mainstream rap is the way to go, I think, these days. Most of the good rappers gradually can't be arsed anymore, and the latest stuff is autotuned mumble rap. You know, like, "Yeah, mumble, mumble, black, mumble, mumble, black !!MÆEEEEEEEEEEE!!" That peanut-headed, Somalian looking twerp, Akon is to blame for the ascent of that rubbish. Fuckers like Drake increased the popularity of that style, then Future and Migos, and other knockoffs, built THEIR styles around it, creating a metaphorical chain, miles longer than Flava Flav's, and 2 Chainz chains, strung together.

This is the sort of thing I was on about, when I was gabbing about non-mainstream (k)rappers. Someone uploaded a YouTube meme about it on Videos on the Internet that made you laugh. Here's the full track:

Alkayda - Filth

There is no such thing as an "amazing singer", it's an astroturfed meme to hype up a certain artist with that label. You either can or can not sing, it's all in the voice personality so to speak of what you like/enjoy. There is probably a Adele/Celine Dion/Elvis or what ever is considered "best singer" in every high school or college campus. Give them all a voice coach and a few sessions to train how to sing (technical stuff) and you will probably find a lot of "really good" singers.
This isn't really true, though. If you have a two octave vocal range, there's no amount of training that will increase it. You can fake it with a ton of vocal fry maybe, but if you don't have a range, there are a whole lot of songs you can't plain can't sing.

This is like saying anyone can be a champion weightlifter or that a midget can be the best basketball player in the world.

@9th year in hell To contribute to your post, and I'm thinking about Grunge singers, but your point is true, when one thinks of Scott Weiland and Chris Cornell. Their energy is (doesn't matter if they croaked) infectious. A not-Grunge one I wanna mention, who's also not with us, is Prince. His energy and enthusiasm, and passion were so intense, that he knackered his body up over the years. And this was a guy who took ballet lessons for years, so that added to it.

I did not say "anyone can do it". I just don't think it's a rare thing. It's like a ~0,1% kind of a thing instead of the "only 0,00000000001% of the population can sing like that" meme that retards keeps saying about their top 100 artists.

These celebrities are not that unique. You see how easily they were able to kill and replace Miley Cyrus with a duplicate.

Heavy metal and "screamo" is pure garbage. It's the music of choice for Lolcows for a reason.
In my (admittedly limited) experience with metal most of it is pretty pants with a very small number of good tracks eeking their way through, I'll listen to a song but I can't listen to the album it's in because every other song will sound like shit.

I know @AnOminous thinks Oasis sucks, but I have to respectfully disagree with him on one thing:

This is probably one of the best songs I’ve heard from them that’s not named “Wonderwall”, and I actually wish songs like these made a comeback in Britain. It’s actually cool how free spirited it is, and plus Liam’s vocals are actually nice here.

Oasis put out so much shit, so I don't blame anyone who says that they are shit. I tried to listen to their full discography and it was brutal. If it was more selective I would have more respect for them. I still got them in my music folder, but with a heavily filtered selection only for their good stuff.

Yeah, tunes like Half the World Away, and Fuckin' in the Bushes are decent.

I think that about most music, but not metal.

Oasis really made the most out of one good album.

Snatch is definitely why I like that particular song. That said it does rock pretty hard.

The physical comedy of this film is what makes it for me. It isn't my favourite gangster (if it is classed as that) film, and I'm not even a Guy Ritchie fan. Haven't even watched Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, and I've yet to see The Gentlemen, but this'll always be timeless to me. In theoretical decades sense, of course, that is, if I don't get murdered, run over, natural disaster, some "out of nowhere" illness or disease etc.

I wanted to upload a gif of Mickey doing the jacking off/you're a wanker/you're a bunch of wankers gesture at the spectators, 'cos they're booing him, but I can't find it. I couldn't resist uploading a gif of Tommy and Turkish cringing when One-Punch Machine-Gun nearly KO's his opponent in the first round. They certainly expected it, and were taking a gamble, though, because...
