I served with an Indian guy and he could clear a room when he took his boots off. He showered regularly, but ate everything he could find that made him smell like sour shit. He got stationed in the South and someone introduced him to ramps, so he started eating them every day. It amplified his body odor at least 3 fold.

from my one time eating Indian food, it also clouds the mind how it makes your whole digestive system hurt. I imagine a 76iq can be reduced to 56 with how animalistic and impulsive it makes you. I've never gotten the runs from Indian food whether it was home made or from a restaurant. The ingredients are fine. In your case, and many others, it's likely the food was prepared by unwashed hands. Maybe I have an iron gut?

There are a lot of shows from the UK that expose the filthy practices of Indian restaurants. Rat feces, mold, lack of plumbing maintenance, no hand soap, etc and the owner failing to follow health code even after several warnings from the authorities. They also employ illegals and don't teach them the importance of cross contamination, sanitizing work surfaces, and personal hygiene. One episode showed a water bottle covered in brown fingerprints in the staff bathroom that tested positive for shit borne bacteria. They used the bottle to wash their ass.

Happens sometimes but this can't be corrected by staff and requires a sysadmin to go in and amend the details.
So I log a job to correct this error.

India did have a form of the same hundreds or even thousands of years ago but it was strictly military calisthenics for soldiers.

The gurus/yogis back then did what were essentially stress positions or stretches and that's it. Plus they would NOT teach people it as it was considered a secret and part of their holy rituals.

Modern "yoga" didn't exist until ~120 years ago.
