There's such a fixation on making women fight men's battles between each other, which is funny considering men don't even tend to enjoy feminine meddling over things as trite as "I can tell you hurt your friend's feelings, have you two talked about it?"; this kind of cowardice somehow makes me nostalgic for times of chivalry, even if realistically chivalry had its own drawbacks.
