Id like to run defense on this point a little bit, no powerlevel but Im a computer toucher and this whole move is better than I can even accurately describe

Im going to VASTLY oversimply a couple super complicated points

1. By conventional computing china has us by the balls, we made the genius decision to allow them to manufacture almost all consumer level modems, mobile phones, and personal computers. I CANNOT overstate this enough, ALL consumer level electronics much more complicated than a light switch from china are compromised and capable of compromising whatever network they are able to attach to. THEY ARE BETTER THAN US AT THIS, by like a disgusting margin to ( not my opinion, see the DoDs, fbi, and cias join whitepaper they released in conjunction with House committee on homeland defense, they claim its a 50-1 disparity in ability and knowledge)

2. We are not trying to make a "bigger" chatgpt we are trying to make a AGI, Artifical General Intelligence, think like Jarvis or Hal 3000. A truly sentient computer that we could use to purge our existing systems of these breaches as we have no conventional way to do this.

3. this system would be able to logically if not physically segment the united states from the rest of the worlds "network" and begin to build what we call the "Walled Garden" where there is unlimited trust once inside but it requires an system set up in a way that other systems cannot connect to with explicit permission or otherwise. It has to be completely contained and self sufficient and manufactured IN HOUSE, much like what Apple has built.

We need not only to be deporting illegals and anchor babies+their families, we need to be imposing punishments on those who come into our country illegally. Maximum punishment in their own countries. We need to get all these shithole countries in line with the program. If they allow illegals to cross into America from their country, they will be facing fines and punishment through our government.

Mexico's entire country relies on the US border being a pressure release valve. When sociopolitical pressures that would push them to vote the Marxists out of power get too bad, they just encourage people to leave to the US instead.

There is exactly 0.000000000000% chance that the Marxists in Mexico ever punish border crossers or wetback caravans for us. This is before we consider the Cartels having de-facto taken over large portions of their country (and not small amounts of ours).

If we want to punish illegals, we have to do it ourselves, and the current demoralization is such that the idea of literally locking up illegals instead of just releasing them out of the country like a naughty naughty mouse caught in the kitchen is literally unthinkable.

America could start putting illegals in federal pound them up the ass prison when caught instead of just deporting them. Imagine if the calculus isn't "they might catch me and I'll have to sneak back in, darnit" but "they might catch me and put me in jail for 10 years."

Am I crazy? Why hasn't this been an option? It feels like it's one of those moments when an option has been artificially removed from the table and I can't tell why.

The president is the ultimate, final authority on classification and can classify/declassify whatever they want. There are some, like the CIA director, who are given similar authority but all classification authority is ultimately derived from the president.
