One of the most impressive things about America I’ve seen demonstrated is how it was able to turn on a dime immediately.

Last Monday morning ICE was sitting on their thumbs doing nothing, by dinner they were in 'we’re going to kill you' mode.

As a pole when our last change of government took almost a month this was very impressive. I guess that’s why it takes so long from election day to the inauguration so when the day comes everything goes smoothly.
The immediate change to how active immigration authorities are seems to indicate that the people who work for it don't mind doing their job it's just that they were restrained by the prior administration. Trump seeks to use them for their intended purpose meanwhile Biden and company intentionally held them back.

Its not just that they got cringe, I mean, who among us right?

as pic above shows, they got MEAN and vindictive for no good reason

I'm lucky to say Ive never disagreed politically with a friend or family member to such an extent that I could not put it all to the side in a moment of crisis

your morals are not shown and defined when its easy and popular to implement them but when its painful and feels wrong that defines when you really mean what you say about tolerance, acceptance and love or if those were just politically expedient talking points to silence opponents and solidify power bases
Matthew Travis, or Travis Matthew, or whoever the fuck he is, needs to realize things can go both ways.

His apparently affluent life can change radically for the worst, very quickly. Then he may need help from his family. Since they seem to be better people than Travis is, they may help. Or they may just tell him to go ask Biden and Harris for help, and fuck off.

Same here, have never disagreed with a friend or family member politically to the extent where I wouldn't help in an emergency. The political stuff is far away, friends and family are right here.

Tom Homan was getting phone calls from ICE field offices to gameplan immediately after the election. ICE has been champing at the bit to get out and bust heads for months and knew exactly what they were going to do on day one long before that day came.

I don't mean to be a sperg but when is Trump actually going to do something about inflation and food prices? I appreciate the total tranny death, removing faggotry, having free speech again. Eggs still cost 6 dollars though.
This is something you can't change overnight. We didn't feel the economic crash until 2022. Suddenly gas prices were 5.25 and groceries were 30% higher.

The President can't change food prices by executive fiat. That's something he can only exert influence on over time.

Yeah, ICE has never been on board the whole "don't do your job" thing, at least at the normal working level.

Name checks out. What would you expect him to do? An EO stating eggs must be sold for less than $3?

You fix that stuff with tax and fiscal policy, as well as regulations. Most of the cabinet isn't in yet and they'll be needed for that

There's less than 300 members on there, and the head moderator has a deleted account (likely permabanned by reddit?!).
This shit is gonna disappear in no time.
most likely if reddit does this they are held liable for alot.

You are a little confused there friend. Michael byrd (big fat nigger) was the one that shot ashlee, michael fantone was the one talking about getting EPOS, and fantone was the dude that said "fuck you" on cnn. I haven't seen byrd since he got a pardon. yeah, biden pardoned the guy that killed Ashlee.
I'm not sure if Byrd got a pardon or not. The initial pardon announcement only seemed to apply to the cops that testified before the J6 committee, and Byrd didn't testify. He just did corpo news interviews. The only places you could charge him would be D.C. or California (Babbit's home), so good luck with or without a pardon.

say the meme
never ending optics point.

Gonna be 100% here:
The people in the capitol on J6 were largely retards. But the charges they came at people with were fucking ridiculous and very clearly a political witch hunt.
So if they're going to be charged en-mass for polical reasons, I don't take too much issue with pardoning them en-mass for political reasons.

Some push back to the federal DEI removal executive order.

Birmingham mayor trashes Trump's DEI executive order, calls it the 'Alabama-fication' of US government

Birmingham Mayor Randall L. Woodfin criticized President Donald Trump's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) executive orders on Thursday, suggesting that Americans are now seeing the "Alabama-fication" of the United States federal government.

During an appearance on "CNN This Morning," Woodfin claimed that White women and veterans benefit most from DEI policies – not just Black Americans and other minority groups.

"What message and who are you trying to communicate? And so it's beyond frustrating and disappointing. It just goes to show you that 47 told us what he would do, and he's doing it," Woodfin said.

The Birmingham mayor also disagreed with critics who have claimed that DEI programs have gone too far in some areas.

"Look, we've made the words diversity, we've made the words equity, we've, as in others, have made those words inclusion, bad words. Inclusion is not a bad thing. There is no such thing as going too far as it relates to being inclusive," he said.

"There's no such thing as going too far as it relates to equity. This is America. Equity is the right thing to do. There's no such thing as diversity being bad. America is a very diverse place. I think Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been weaponized for some to use to say it's taken away from others," Woodfin continued.

Trump signed an executive order on Monday to eliminate all DEI programs from the federal government.

Trump issued two other executive actions on Tuesday targeting DEI — an executive order to end discrimination in the workplace and higher education through race- and sex-based preferences under the guise of DEI and a memo to eliminate a Biden administration policy that prioritized DEI hiring at the Federal Aviation Administration.

Just two days into his term, Trump is making waves in Washington, and a new Fox News poll shows that the voters are behind him. Almost one-third of voters, 29%, agreed that it is "extremely important" that Trump focuses on getting DEI out of the government. When broken down by party, 44% of Republicans, 16% of Democrats and 24% of independents want the president to axe federal DEI initiatives.

Alabama's GOP-controlled legislature passed sweeping legislation in March 2020 to prohibit state funding of diversity, equity and inclusion programs at public colleges and universities, local boards of education and government agencies, and that would limit teachings on "divisive concepts" at public colleges and universities.

Referencing his state's laws, Woodfin said Americans have "seen this dance before" concerning DEI restrictions.

"Listen, the unfortunate part of this conversation of stripping DEI--Americans are witnessing the Alabama-fication of federal government," he said.
