Their theoretical offspring would not regress to the collective statistical mean of their entire racial group (in this case 85IQ for African Americans). Their offspring would likely regress to the mean of their closest ancestors (i.e. if you averaged out the IQs of the two smart black parents, their grandparents, all their brothers and sisters, etc.) with a statistically much smaller chance of a same or higher IQ from two high IQ parents. That's how gene selection works.
Hence, the kid would no more likely be a Bix Nood gangbanger than as smart as or smarter than the parents. Probably smart enough to successfully manage a McDonald's or a be an accountant or something (110-115IQ), especially since work ethic and diligence has stronger selection than IQ.

I'm unsure if this has already been talked about, but it looks like Dems are creating a boogyman of a second pandemic with the Avian Flu nonsense. They're going to try to shut the world down to punish Trump and his supporters again, just like last time. We cannot let this happen. If they pull this shit again, we have to fight it.

2.6 million birds to be culled in Newton County due to avian flu outbreak

NEOSHO, Mo. — Two-point-six million birds will be destroyed following the discovery of avian flu in Newton County. And earlier Thursday, cases of bird flu were confirmed at turkey operations in Jasper and Lawrence County.
“Unfortunately, when a flock shows positive for bird flu, the entire flock has to be destroyed,” said Larry Bergner, Newton Co. Health Department Administrator.
Bergner says in this case — the system worked exactly like it was supposed to.
“Companies see a problem, a higher than normal death rate in the birds, and then they instigate testing, a state lab tests, once a positive is found they take the proper precautions, the Department of Ag comes in to help oversee that, the Department of Health comes in to oversee monitoring of the employees,” said Bergner.
Bergner says avian flu exists naturally in wild birds — and is spread by them to commercial flocks.
One of the agencies helping track it in wild birds — the Missouri Department of Conservation — and you can help.
“We do need people’s help in finding where these birds are at.”
Francis Skalicky, MO Department of Conservation Media Specialist, says that means letting conservation agents know where dead birds are — but…
“Do not handle the bird, do not touch the bird,” said Skalicky.
He says contacting agents and letting them know where the bird is at will reduce the risk of infection — while letting them do their jobs. And while the situation is serious, KCU Assistant Professor of Medicine Dr. Kenneth Stewart says there’s one big thing to keep in mind.
“This avian flu is actually most common in animals, and it’s most often seen in animals, not usually transmitted to human beings,” said Dr. Stewart.
Dr. Stewart says those at risk of contracting avian flu are those working closely with birds.
Nationally, the Centers for Disease Control has been tracking avian flu outbreaks and human illnesses from that since March of last year.

“The last numbers I saw were 67. Most of those were in California and in Washington state and in Colorado, and they were due to either poultry farms or due to cow farms, and so I don’t think everybody should be too concerned about it.”
Dr. Stewart says it should serve as a good reminder that we are in the midst of cold and flu season — and there are some simple steps we can take to stay healthy.
“By washing hands, by, you know, making sure that you’re coughing into a napkin or a tissue, just using some common sense so that we’re not transmitting the regular flu.”
Bergner says it’ll likely take several weeks to completely dispose of the affected birds.
In the meantime, they’ll be keeping a close eye on those working with the animals.
“Making sure that they don’t develop symptoms of avian flu, or bird flu, and so we’ll be doing that for the next two or three weeks,” said Bergner.

They have instead become a poster child for unaffordable groceries, and a rallying cry for Republicans against Biden, and now Democrats against Trump. Covid disruptions, supply chain fuckery, rising fuel prices, wars, and general inflation have caused grocery prices to skyrocket; but ALL of those incredibly potent factors FAIL to account for the rise in egg prices, which additionally face supply issues due to massive culls of populations in which avian flu is detected. Avian flu has reservoirs in wild bird populations which interact with and can infect domestic flocks, requiring that an entire flock be destroyed after a single case is found to ensure that they do not become a reservoir for the disease and spread it further.
So, obviously it's not Trump's fault that eggs are expensive. But both Democrats and Republicans are right to be upset that they are, and it should be Trump's glory that eggs become cheap once again. A day 1 EO set a broad agenda to tackle the crisis of rising prices, and mentions food, but Trump should make eggs a priority. They have risen in price more than other goods, yet are a more crucial staple than many other affected foods. He should mention them by name, identify the failures which led to their unaffordability (a Trump specialty), and blaze a path forward towards cheap eggs for every American.
Given that avian flu is difficult to contain and culling practices are undoubtedly necessary, subsidies to aid in replenishment of flocks will help stem the bleeding of egg farmers whose livelihoods can be suddenly wiped out without warning, yet who will still have all the necessary facilities and expertise in place to go right back to work. Investment in safe, healthy, high quality breeding farms will prime the pipeline to allow farms to expand, and new mid-size farms to be started by entrepreneurs; with prices so high, government assurance against risk should remove any impediment to explosive growth in supply until prices can at least normalize against general inflation. And to get people involved at all levels, the Trump administration can work with local governments on zoning, construction and resources to allow everyday Americans opportunities to keep chickens of their own.
This isn't about political points. It's not about the next election. It's about what's right. Try to imagine a great nation in which eggs are expensive, where a man chooses between an omelette for his breakfast...or a birthday cake for his daughter.
