Kiwi Farms fucking lost. Rekieta got the women off and gets a slap on the wrist. This guy was lolcow of the year? Seriously?
Nothing emboldens a lolcow into doing more stupid shit like getting away with no consequences.

We're about to see new levels of balldo shenanigans this year through sheer arrogance.

just you wait. Lolcow, and Rekieta is truly one now, always manage to somehow fuckup after they get a win (this plea deal is the closest thing to a win hell get out of this). This nigga gonna get caught drunk in his car or fuck it up some other way.

Very frustrating that we cannot call him a convicted "child endangerer" -- But I appreciate that part of the plea deal is that he's not allowed to claim that he was framed by the state.
It wouldn't matter even if we could, Nick denies things of which there is video evidence, as well as direct quotes of things he has said. Everyone knows he endangered his children so whether we can say he's convicted hardly matters.

What's really sad though is those kids will continue to live in the home of polyamorous druggies who associate with open pedophiles.

I mean the guy for whom this forum was established fucked his mom and went free to enjoy this rest of his life grifting on Etsy. It's a fact that those who hold the medallion get cursed with infamy but are immune to legal repercussions.

They're available in Minnesota but the actual plea agreement we've seen specifically says a guilty plea (even though an actual judgment won't be entered).

Do you even normally seek one if your on first offender style deals and dont have any other pending legal actions? (I am assuming he is based on "judgment wont be entered")

What is the significance of this? If you have EVER been a patient in a mental hospital, you can't take a plea deal, or what?

No. Its just setting facts up that you didnt have mental issues that would have made you not able to make a deal.

If you said yes the judge may ask for a psych report that says yes you are able to make this plea and understand what it says.

What no consequences? Dude lost a whole house over this. Career ruined. Forever to be known as a disgraced felon.
No legal consequences - he won’t be sanctioned in any way, he can claim vindication and continue to deny the child abuse side of things. How much will he care about being a disgraced felon? About as much as Trump does.

As others said, it will merely extend his lolcowdom, and we knew this is what would happen anyway so I wouldn’t get upset about it.

So they aren't taking away his kids to better home not filled with cocaine, sex toys and one crack whore?
Unless im mistaken. Arent these charges entirely different then the CPS process? From my understanding, the CPS could withhold the kids independently from the legal stuff. Though the result of this deal could probably weight heavily on the decision.

I'm a little surprised that he's taking the fall for all three of them, but I guess he really didn't have any kind of choice, he was fucked to begin with.
Now we can focus on the real kino here, the fate of the bodycam footage which I GUARANTEE he would seethe more about than this plea agreement.

Not gonna lie this sounds like a W for Rekeita at first glance

If he stays out of jail and keeps his family together it's a massive win.

Given the amount of attention and detail given to Rekieta here I don't know why everyone's shocked by this. First time offense, enough contrition to BS a DA and judge who probably have better things to do, and plenty of folks telling everyone a prison sentence was unlikely even with a conviction. It just wasn't realistic. I imagine whatever restrictions the two of them are given will be adhered to for the given period but after that? Anyone's guess. Aaron Imholte was right about one thing, Nick can talk/excuse his way into anything.

So… What does it mean, aside from the obvious?
That he's going to pretend that feeding his daughter cocaine didn't endanger her, because the state dropped the charge of child endangerment.

The idea is that where someone has been such a patient, the judge should in theory a) apply more scrutiny, and at least try and make sure that the convict is of sound mind at the time of the deal b) be considering whether, if they aren't, whether they should be facing a mental health court if applicable in the jurisdiction, or just found not competent to stand trial and remanded to a mental hospital, etc.
