He's fucked anyway. Who would pay for that pig, his retarded legal takes (and 100 percent failure rate on predictions) and total lack of self-awareness.
He has never needed a job or source of income. It's unlikely his parents will stop supporting the family with the trust fund.

So he did get them to drop against Kayla as well, good for him. He at least can do one thing right and take the full fall.
Nothing quite like a legal document to use as a cudgel against his sisterwives to remind them of his most noble sacrifice. I'm sure this certainly won't be used against them in future head-smacking chimpouts.

He has a statutory stay of adjudication. He has pleaded guilty. He is not found guilty. He is not a convicted felon.

Deferring prosecution for certain first time drug offenders.... (c) In granting relief under this section, the court shall, without entering a judgment of guilty and with the consent of the person, defer further proceedings and place the person on probation upon such reasonable conditions as it may require and for a period, not to exceed the maximum sentence provided for the violation.

So he can be put on a stay of adjudication for up to 20 years. His case is over now. The sentencing hearing is very strange and it may actually be the complete termination of his stay of adjudication, meaning if he can last until April without getting into legal trouble again, he has no legal issues.

So this is very favorable to him if I'm reading it right.
So he'll get the same treatment as Chris-Chan. Even now the medallion still exudes its influence.

My money is on a 21 month stay of adjudication.

Getting a job as as a convict is a living hell I've heard.
I can hear the hollerin' now.
This isn't the last time he gets caught with drugs. Once you're on the radar, you're not coming off it either.

He's a hot potato for his dealers now too, so like, his price just went up to factor in some risk involved. He created his own inflation.
Or implicating a third party as his mule.

Kiwi Farms fucking lost. Rekieta got the women off and gets a slap on the wrist. This guy was lolcow of the year? Seriously?
i woudlnt say he gets off with a slap on the wrist.
the relationship with his family has got to be strained. there is no way his kids will ever see him the same way again. his parents probably also dont see or hold him in the same regard as before. his immediate family outside of his parents probably look unfavorably upon him and kayla now. there is speculation of a divorce arc. im not sure if it will happen, but his relationship with kayla probably has gotten worse through this ordeal. the community he was apart of probably holds him at arms length now. or at the very least looks down their noses at him.

his reputation is trash. nobody but the dumbest nose guards think anything but ill of him due to this. people like PPP can endlessly felt him over this now. then there is the fact he had to go through the entire process. his house was raided by the cops. he went to jail for a night, which had to piss him off to no end. he was on probation. had to drug test. had to appear in court a few times. not to mention the time and stress of going through this entire process. just look at hima dn tell me that he looks healthy, well, and happy.

while he didnt get jail time, whish is what we all wanted, let's be honest, he hasnt gotten off without a punishment. i certainly wouldnt want to go through any of this that he had to go through.

Dude can just do YT, he’ll be fine.

Again, the only reason he wasn’t making money is he wasn’t streaming regularly.

And the stream where he comes back and goes through everything while laughing at the haters will be very funny.

What no consequences? Dude lost a whole house over this. Career ruined. Forever to be known as a disgraced felon.

Sadly, lolcows like Nick are never truly defeated until their egos are shattered. As long as he can spin a win, he is not truly defeated. He never cared about his career and if he cared about his reputation he wouldn’t have dressed in a girls gym uniform and sucked a microphone.

Law Kiwis, how likely is the judge to accept any sort of plea?
It's been accepted.

Can someone who understands the US legal system explain the extra stuff written in pen? Are those extra agreements the court is going to agree to or Nicks Lawyer trying to get more out of a plea bargin that might not be accepted?
It's been agreed to and is just parts that didn't get typed onto the form.

What is the significance of this? If you have EVER been a patient in a mental hospital, you can't take a plea deal, or what?

To make sure he was of sound mind at the time he signed this. If there was a history of hospitalization, that would caution the Court to inquire about the circumstances of his mental health.

Over/under Mommy and Daddy slipped some bills into some open pockets? We knew he was going to get off light as a first time offender, but dang.
0% chance. It's a standard thing for a first time offender who clearly had substance abuse problem. We have a similar statute in my state.

I mentioned this as the likely outcome on the day of his arrest when I streamed about it.

Do you even normally seek one if your on first offender style deals and dont have any other pending legal actions? (I am assuming he is based on "judgment wont be entered")
No, and they're probably not going to offer you a deferred adjuciation like this if you're maintaining innocence. I'll note that specifically they had to get him to swear to not claiming to be innocent in return for this agreement. So he can say whatever he likes in his future cuckstreams, but we all know what he signed under penalty of perjury.
