No. It’s a really funny nickname, and if that’s the worst thing you’re meme’d on, I think you’re doing OK
When you think about it, it's a term of endearment.

The reason why he got hooked on painkillers is because he wanted to keep pushing his limits in the ring. He even confirmed he was doing 65 Vicodins a day and even then, he beat the addiction on his own. Not many people could do half of what he did and live to tell about it.

TIL there's a wrestling thread with 2.4k pages, interesting.

Kurt took to this the best way possible, other than full on endorse it. But as someone who has seen so many close friends fall to opioids, I totally empathize with the hurt feefees.
My advice to anyone rehabing an injury is to just not use PKs outside of the hospital and just learn to deal with the pain "mind over matter" style, you heal faster and can endure the pain without even realizing it sooner than later. This is coming from someone who had a broken femur and facial reconstructive surgeries, not just a broken arm or something.

You can actually pinpoint the exact moment the bean kicks in and he becomes Perc Angle.

Considering how many near crippling injuries and how difficult to get away from painkillers, I say Kurt doing well compared to some states of other wrestlers.

There was a pretty good biography titled ANGLE on Peacock. Follows his life from childhood until a couple of years ago.

The stuff about his sister was just sad too. What a legend. When I call him Perc Angle, you’re right, it’s almost a nod to his abilities. When all of the WCW locker room was on somas, you could clearly tell. They were zombies, especially Scott Hall.

I saw the interview where Kurt talks about being called Perc Angle. He's pretty fair about it, and gets that fans mean it in an affectionate way, but he prefers not to reminded of being a druggie. He also claims he never wrestled high, and that he did his painkillers in the morning and after matches.

Does anyone still call him perc angle? I've only ever seen people talk about the perc angle period of his career. Back then I thought he was either gonna end up like Benoit or Eddie. Shit was rough.

Knowing that he went on 110% on his matches on TNA because he was in a very low point mentally and physically and that he wanted to kill himself in the ring made me realize that Kurt Angle is the best wrestler in history.
as far as pure in-ring ability id say hes up there with Bret Hart and Chris Benoit, promo wise hes probably top 15-20ish at least

idk, his take is pretty reasonable, hes not demanding people not to use it but just saying hed rather not be reminded of that shit, ive had family that used hard drugs before so I can understand where hes coming from

He takes his sobriety seriously enough that he acknowledges his own hand in creating the meme of "Perc Angle", and he isn't negative towards anybody for it, and even refrains from telling people to leave him alone/quit- which is a hallmark of people who are offended about becoming noticed for 'sober living'.

I don't think Kurt is offended at anyone more than himself here, he set an example for anybody struggling with their addiction, because he displayed humility when describing his personal feelings about being dunked on.

Josetheassistant is the most racist person in AEW
Based bean. He'll fetch your coffee and tell you a great joke.

...why is there audio of Tessa Blanchard taking a dump? Or was her match with Grace that bad and I'm retarded?
There isn't. The audio Cornette heard was a scat dom fetishist. The marks in the IWC wanting to smear Tessa fresh off her controversy for the nigger word pretending it was her to see what happened.

Wait seriously....for like the last 5 years I thought she was selling shit vids. I know shotzi did but damn. I was really hoping with the partnership we could get the Gruesome Twosome to tag.
