I don't know the history between Russian and Ukraine
Around 1240 or so, the crown princes of Kievan Rus were impolite to Ghengis Khan and they got ended. East of Poland became the Golden Horde.

They were decent neighbors and helped the Poles and Lithuanians clip the wings of the Teutonic Knights, who had an expansionist papal state kind of thing going on.

In 1440 or so, Ivan Grozny carved a little kingdom out of the declining Tatar hordes based on the duchy of Moscow. To make it sound more important, he brought up the name Rus, which had been dead for 200 years.

Russia’s fortunes would ebb and surge, and the actual land we call Ukraine would go back and forth between being Tatar/steppe Dothraki administered and being part of Russia. Cossacks formed bands to fight off the slave taking, and the czars decided it would be useful to let them live in Ukraine and keep the Dothraki away.

Then communism happened, Lenin decided Ukrainians were all fat kulaks and starved a few million of them

After 4 years of Biden its increadibly jarring to have an engaged President. I hope I have Trump's energy when I get to his age. He's been doing speeches, press interviews and now has run on down to North Carolina and then on to California.

They almost never trundled out Biden, and when they did it was rare and stage managed.
I'm actually happy about the 2020 election now because it gave Trump time to regroup and become better
  1. Declare that for all legal. procedural, official, etc. purposes, sex shall mean which gametes the person would/does/did produce, using similar language to Trump's EO, that no other sexes exist in humans, or can exist, and that only the two sexes shall be recognized as valid.
  2. State that the government recognizes that sex is immutable, permanent from conception forward, and can not be changed by any known, past, present, or currently plausible future medical techonology or procedure.
  3. Declare that therefore, any identifying document claiming a person's sex to be anything other than their actual sex as defined in (1), to be fraudulent, and that the Federal government shall not recognize any such document, or any other document derived from the fradulent one, to be valid for any purpose as it relates to any function the Federal government is involved in. Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus, applied to legal documents, basically.
  4. Require that any existing thusly falsified records, and any records of any acts steming from them which reference the person's sex, while still currently recognized as valid (Ex post facto prohibition in the Constitution and all that), must be corrected going forward before they can be recognized as valid for any future involvement in any function the Federal government is involved in.
I love how the troons are claiming its genoside because they can't get their legal records changed. Trump isn't banning crossdressing.
For years, I asked a single question: why do we not have any video recordings of MLK having unscripted interviews? It's a very simple, reasonable question... and one that gets a lot of people very upset. Needless to say, I am over the fucking moon for this USSR puppet to finally be exposed for exactly what he is. My only hope now is that the federal holiday in his honor is finally stripped away because that nigger does not deserve to stand next to George Washington as someone important enough to have a federal holiday on their honor.
Malcom X Day when?

Trump's endless energy reminds me of the stories of Teddy Roosevelt. As I recall, Teddy was told he had a birth defect that would cause him to die at a young age, so he decided to never stop moving and keep his heart healthy. Teddy Roosevelt had insane amounts of energy and was constantly acting, tiring out everyone else around him. Truly inspiring to see it in the modern day. Trump has been acting nonstop and the proof is in this very thread, 500 pages in 4 days.

Modern Russia is too weak and too underpopulated to be its own great power. It's also sitting on the world's largest pile of various natural reserves. It should have been turned into an ally after the end of the cold war but Clinton, Obama and Biden seemingly deliberately turned it into a Chinese satellite.
No shit Trump wants Greenland to offset the natural resources disbalance.

When it comes to rebuilding, locals are not even allowed on their property to clean up and start to rebuild. They need a permit to do so.

Trump said that all the federal permits have been signed and the only hold up is state permits, which he is very confused as to why it's taking them so long to get approved. "It's rare that federal permits are ahead of the state, since they're much harder to get." He keeps repeating that the mayor has the power to get emergency permits approved. Earlier in the stream she tried to argue that she was doing things as fast as she could but Trump dismissed her.

There isn't going to be a "war" with "Europe" you complete spergs and certainly not over some fucking snow gooks in Nuuk.

True but it's fun to shit on Eurocucks that forget how irrelevant and powerless they are when America is actually flexing its muscles.

It’s amazing how Trump just tramples over these Los Angeles politicians. They appear quite literally afraid of him.

They know how many real votes Trump got in Cali last year, they know there's a groundswell of discontent, people seeing just how the Dems have let them down for decades now. Even recalling Dem mayors and Soros funded DA's that refuse to prosecute criminals.

Just push the migrants out of the plane over Mexico if they won’t let it land. I’m sure they’ll be fine.

Fly low over Mexico City just to drive the point home as their bodies go splat.

Can ANYONE imagine Biden doing what we are watching right now?

They would've already called a lid for him, he'd be exhausted

Hearing Trump school California on why FEMA is a disaster and you should always just let the communities get to work on fixing things immediately themselves makes me feel vindicated for that stupid debate that sprung up in the Biden thread when I brought this up a while ago. The one where everyone argued that it's retarded to expect communities to fix things and FEMA should be expected to do it for you all the time. Feels good.

Redditors want to ban r/conservative for ”Supporting conservative values“
View attachment 6897115
This is funny because I got banned from r Conservative years ago for calling Bill Clinton a rapist during the RNC when they were actively selling "Bill Clinton is a Rapist" T-shirts.

It's also funny because the night of the election, when Kamala first lost, there was a small window of time on r/Politics where they were having a little existential crisis and almost came to the conclusion that the reason they thought she had a chance was because they were all circle jerking in an echo chamber, and that maybe reddit didn't reflect society as a whole. Then they pivoted to Elon Musk stole the election and doubled down on Kamala ran a perfect campaign.

With the current Xitter ban going on, on reddit all they are accomplishing is making their little walled garden even smaller and soon their little slice of Internet is just going to be Reddit and Bluesky posting back and forth patting eachother on the back while the rest of the world moves on.
