Ghost archive isn't working for some reason

It's like how anti-vaxxers keep going on about how "Big Pharma" is making such huge profits off of vaccines.
Things that literally prevent diseases they treat!

Re: millions of dollars to the Nevada economy...

Prostitution will never go away, but it's also never been the backbone of entire economies. It's one vice out of many-- alcohol, drugs, and gambling being others. And idk maybe blood sports once upon a time. Vice industries are quartenary service industries, just like other forms of entertainment. They follow certain blue collar sectors-- mining, oil sands, militaries. Big huge gatherings of yobs, like the World Cup. Vices themselves don't drive industries.

Las Vegas has managed to make itself into an oasis of gambling, which is itself a much broader vice than prostitution. You can take your wife to the casino. It can be classy, even. Of course there's more escorts and hookers there than in other places, but they're not WHY people go there. Way more go watch showgirls perform.

In Amsterdam, most tourists aren't there for the red light district. They'll see it out of curiosity, but it's not the main reason they go. Even weed isn't always the main reason they go, especially these days.

That's not even getting into how media and internet has changed sex work. Even the existence of pornography itself. There was a time when prostitution was the only way certain unmarried men would ever get to even SEE a naked woman.

Despite what creeps like Russ believe, a lot of men don't actually want to pay for sex. They find it hollow or weird or off-putting. If they can't find a willing partner, they can make do with pornography and e-girls and whatever immersive AI sex-periences are in the works.

But Russ can't imagine spending billions of dollars on crude oil or something. His ego is so bruised and maladjusted that literally everything is about his penis, even the economy.

EDIT hit post too soon.

EDIT again, had more to say.

What Russ has no idea of is that if he keeps going after these landowners with actual money and making enough of a nuisance of himself, they're going to realize they can spend a tenth of what they'd pay their lawyers to respond to his endless bullshit motions, and just hire a guy who looks like Danny Trejo's angrier brother to take a pipe wrench and end a little menace who no one on this planet will miss or care about.

nobody is going to risk life in prison just to get rid of greer and his nuisance lolsuits

I love the fact that he stipulated that he should be able to buy the land for under 100K because that's how much money he thought he could Russell rustle up. Because that's how the property market works apparently. Be right back, off to buy a mansion for five quid because that's how much I have in my pocket.
He really does think he should be given everything he wants just because he has Shit Lips.

I want to know two things:

If you have an LLC why on earth would you possibly ever want to do the same thing under a sole proprietorship? The whole point of an LLC is to protect your personal assets, which a sole proprietorship doesn't do.

Secondly, Russ seems to think he can come up with the money to buy the land for $100,000 ( :optimistic:) but makes no mention of how he's going to get the money to actually build on it. He does realize that building is expensive, right? I mean, maybe not since he had to be explained to that building takes more than two weeks or whatever the time frame was to send the other party the mail and let them respond.

Even if the dude decided to start building immediately upon receipt of Greer's emergency motion it would take longer than a couple weeks to find contractors and get permits, unless he has a business relationship with one already.

Hardin will very interested in seeing that as of two years ago he claimed to have $10K. He probably doesn't have it anymore, but being able to get that much put together once should mean he can do it again. At least he can argue that to the court.

Excellent entertainment as aways! Thanks Useful Mistake.

Well for one, LLC's cannot represent them self in court, and must use an authorized attorney.

Mortgage/business loan I suppose for the building, leveraging the lands value. I'm sure a luxurious spa/resort style brothel double wide can be secured for a few thousand.

Did you not read? Some magical Daddy Whorebucks (Ray?), who, by the way, thinks his plan is totally genius, is totally gonna invest a ton of money, bro.

Facebook has been un-hidden for this announcement too:

I'm glad that he mentioned that "a record label" will be releasing his album. I personally wasn't going to bother listening to this, but now that I know that a record label is involved, I understand that this is a serious undertaking by a serious artist.

Which is interesting, because shitlips was (and continues to be) quite upset with Nool's legal warchest.

The idea that you can just sue somebody into relinquishing their land to you at a steep discount because it's "unfair" they're more successful than you is extremely Russtard coded.

I'll just give you an IOU and get my competitor business set up next door, yeah?

Its not unfair, its an accommodation! And besides, the guy was totally an evil monopolist, anyways...
