It also cucks us out of divorce content.
For now, yes... or at least until their current legal woes have settled. Divorce is always a possibility though depending on how Kayla feels about it. Mentions of Kayla over the last few months from Nick and April (and Keanu) make her seem quite unhappy (for obvious reasons).
Cucking, Comfort, and Prenups:
In May of 2019, while discussing cuckoldry, Nick asked Kayla why women would stay with someone like that. Her answer was summed up in three words: money, comfort, easy.
Kayla goes on to clarify that it is "not comfort comfort but like... I'm just gonna sit here, you know?" (which describes Kayla's general relationship with Nick quite well).
In January of 2024, after swapping and drug use had begun with the Imholtes, Nick shared about how he told Kayla that things were comfortable. Kayla responded by saying "yeah, this is comfortable" with a tone.
Nick understood this to be a complaint that their lives had been too routine because there was "nothing else [he] could point to" (lol). It didn't cross his mind that Kayla was checked out of the marriage because they were regularly having sex with other people. You know, like how Kayla said the wife of a cucked husband would.
The reality was that Kayla was staying true to her assessment of women who stay with their cuckold husband; that she will stay around as long as she has money, comfort, and doesn't have to do much. Kayla will likely leave Nick when she thinks it is easier than staying with him.
Nick has already made it known in his circle that he isn't happy in his marriage and would have divorced Kayla if they had a prenup. This indicates that Nick would be an unlikely to initiate a divorce, meaning Kayla would have to do it.
TL/DR: Their marriage is very unstable. Nick doesn't want to be divorced (without a prenup), but he also doesn't want Kayla. Meanwhile, Kayla seems to consistently put herself first while simultaneously following the path of least resistance (being both selfish and pathetic). Nick can ruin her life (and the lives of their children) but as long as Kayla is kept "comfortable" she will stay. Lucky for Nick, Kayla was most comfortable when she was pilled-out and dependent while having sexual/emotional access to other men (all of which Nick had provided).
Now, with Kayla becoming even more withdrawn and Nick becoming less dependable (and more of a liability), the only thing Kayla seemingly has left are substances to keep her numb as things become more... uncomfortable for her.
