The probation officer arc is going to be amazing. Nick is going to have an officer of the law breathing down his neck 24/7, who can make surprise visits at any time to do a drug test and a walkthrough of the house. Including when he's streaming. And they can arrest him if he throws another tantrum and starts screaming that they are absolutely bullshit lying. AND he has to keep his mouth shut and stop claiming that he's innocent. If he thought he was under the boot of government before, he's really not going to like probation that could last for years. He's going to have no privacy or control in his life and in his own home while not being allowed to use drugs or alchohol. This isn't some suspended sentence where he's allowed to drink like Ralph got. It's a diversion program that is going to have guidelines. He may very well have to get a job. That $500 comeback stream is as good as it's ever going to get. People are going to lose interest in a boring sober Rekieta. They can only send troll superchats so many times before getting bored. Especially if he stops reacting to it or ignoring chats about his case. He's effectively going to be a prisoner in his own home, with no expectation of privacy. As some people have said, this is going to be worse for Nick than just going straight to jail. People are way too eager to act like his legal troubles are over when he hasn't even been sentenced and begun probation yet. This isn't like the voluntary drug tests (including the one he pissed hot on) he did for his CPS case. If he fucks up, he gets in serious trouble.

So I have a legal question.

After Nick's plea deal, does he have to say that his guilty for doing coke when asked?

If he tries to say that he is not guilty or that the goverment framed him for everything in a livestream afterwards, can that undo the plea deal?
In accordance to the plea deal he can't claim to be innocent of the charges, and he can not go back on that as I understand it. He has to say he is guilty. If he claims to be innocent later the plea will not be valid as he would have lied under oath when he signed it.
Not sure if he has to say he used or only possessed. But he says it was not for use it would follow it would have been for distribution, and I don't think he would want to go down that route.
The transcript of the plea deal hearing will be an interesting read.

He just makes shit up and announces it as objective truth. Idk and idc about Nate's "misrepresentation" or anybody getting paid. But "a lie of omission is only a lie if I deem that someone deserves to know" is so off the norm - NPD confirmed. Amoral. Never trust this man.

He wasn't arrested for doing coke. He was arrested for having a felonious 26.67 grams of it in his home. He has admitted to doing coke several times. And he has now agreed to plead guilty to a less-than-charged possession offense. So what he says about taking coke is irrelevant.

He would be wise during probation not to claim he didn't possess coke.

Nate: "Nick the hero pleads guilty to save his wife! He's on the road to recovery!"

Nick: "How dare you imply that I was going to pay people just because I said I was going to give them a reward for coming on my show and earning me millions! You're a bad person, Nate!"

Great decision to tongue wash the Balldo, Nate, it's really working out well for you.

Also "bad lawyers and bad YouTubers" from the man that can't legally practice law, sabotaged the Vic trial, argued that a video of him shouldn't count as evidence because it was a reupload, lost his law license twice in like 6 months AND completely nuked his YouTube career, going from 100k+ live viewers to 1k.

It's crazy that losing everything and becoming a laughing stock just have him a BIGGER ego

It's a defense mechanism. He has to compensate with gigacoping over how badly he's fucked it all up. If he didn't delude himself and looked with honest eyes at where he is and how he got there he'd probably neck. But he's psychologically incapable of honestly appraising the situation because he's a narcissist that sucks dick for cock.

Assuming the plea deal goes through as written, does Nick actually have to stop claiming innocence in public, or is he just not allowed to bring that claim into court ever again?

"It's not a lie if I don't believe you're entitled to the truth." That's basically what he's saying. A film like Liar Liar but with Nick Rekieta would be hilarious if it wasn't for the fact Nick would have no dialogue for most of the film.
Nah, the rules of the film say Nick can't withhold the truth

It'd be constant gems like:

"I hate my wife and I deliberately keep her drugged up and self loathing so I can sleep with other women!"

and

"I gave my daughter cocaine on purpose and I don't care!"
Oh he'll play semantics.

He's certainly not guilty of doing coke, was not convicted of being high on coke, etc, etc.

He was convicted of, and plead guilty to having coke, not doing it.
He's already admitted that he not only did "a mountain" of coke, but that he misses it and would do it again if it was legal.

Three people who were on that panel confirmed that Nick told them they would get something, which they all understood as "financial benefit".

Jew Logic, Googly Mindset and the plantation Nigger sucking his massahs dick atm.

Nick is a liar, why would I believe that junkie jackass over three other people claiming the same thing?

So serious question if Nick and Fatrick Melton are charged with Cybercrime how does that affect Nick's probation etc? Nick should be on his knees thanking God instead of sucking a dick that he lives in pillow soft Minnesota. Where apparently the only crime worthy of prison time is murder.

The dude was basically smoking his pole and Nick somehow gets big mad about it, like the giant homo he is.

Way to lose friends and alienate people, retard.

Liar Liar actually had one of the best pieces of legal advice ever given in a film.

If Nick had taken this advice, he might be currently living his best life. Instead of the tard life he's actually living.

In theory? Maybe. In reality? Not really. The world is full of fucking retard criminals who swear up and down they wuz framed. Despite having pled guilty under oath.

All Nick learned from law school was how to be a weasely snake

Almost every conversation he has involves his implying but not saying word games. Even at the peak of his fame when he was talking to friends who are donating their time to benefit him he's considering ways to screw them over later.

Completely shameful subhuman behavior.

Isn't Nick the least bit concerned that his daughter had those results?
It’s because he knows what happened. Remember in the CPS trial he, without prompting, started talking about how potential tests on the kids would be bullshit. Before they had the results.

This bitching and moaning is because either he’s trying to cover up by lying or he legitimately thinks that whatever “medical” use he has for the coke in the daughter shouldn’t show up on tests. Because it was “medicinal” not recreational the test can’t catch it.

If Nick was being honest he could show that retest being refused. He won't because he can't.
Consider the fact that an impeccable source leaked to us that Nick’s daughter was given follow-up testing. Nick isn’t “lying by omission because it’s nobody’s business.” He’s just straight-up lying to make himself look like a victim.

Nick has zero qualms about making shit up out of whole cloth. His lies aren’t sophisticated or nuanced. He’s a piece of shit and it kills him that we all know it.
