There's actually a fair few Japanese owned companies in that region of SW Ohio. Not sure if the management is purely local or a mix with actual Japs. There were some apartment complexes out in West Chester that had townhouses that were mostly full of Japanese employees and their families, likely management positions, but that's mostly Iwata Bolt.
