Eisenhower - Rookie Numbers.jpg
President Dwight D. Eisenhower deported more than 1 million Mexicans in 1954's Operation Wetback.
Can someone put this in fortnite terms?
We got a number one Victory Royale
Yeah, Fortnite, we 'bout to get down (get down)
Ten kills on the board right now
Just wiped out Tomato Town
[About Henry George]. But the basic pitch of why a land value tax is good is such common sense that economics as a whole supports it and I think the moral aspect of it makes a lot of sense too.
You gotta take Georgism and evolve to Fredrich List The National System of Political Economy

I highly recommend:
The Destiny of Civilization: Finance Capitalism, Industrial Capitalism Or Socialism
by Michael Hudson.

“The decline of the West is not necessary or historically inevitable. It is the result of choosing policies dictated by its rentier interests. … The threat posed to society by rentier interests is the great challenge of every nation today: whether its government can restrict the dynamics of finance capitalism and prevent an oligarchy from dominating the state and enriching itself by imposing austerity on labor and industry. So far, the West has not risen to this challenge.”
Dr. Phil and Tom Homan are now personally getting into the deportation action

One of Trump's best strengths is his understanding of PR and The Media. Anything done in relations with the public requires relating with the public.

Meh, the 3d effects were a spectacle for about a month and then wore out its welcome. Nintendo's franchises received their most blandest games ever. Mario and Zelda was in a rut and only had member berries to go off of (member racoon mario? member the Flag Pole? Member Link to the Past? Member Majora's Past? we removed much of the challenge.) Before trying to remove much from what made them special and trying to hard to appeal to the typical AAA crowed with their Switch iterations. The only good ones are the Mario and Luigi rpg spinoffs on that console. Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing got overexposed. Mario Kart 7 was the worst one with the unbalanced custom karts before 8 refined them. This was the start of when the Pokemon company got lazy and gave up. Turning Pokemon into yet another mass produced product but without the care the previous games had. I could go on and on.
Thank god the Switch gave use Super Mario Wonder. That game was so much fun

Has anyone come to the conclusion that the whole reason that they denied immigrants is because they were treated "unfairly" (handcuffed during flight) wouldn't the logical thing to do is to liberate them from the evil american nazis by taking them off the plane once they arrive?

I've witnessed this exact interaction a half dozen times in the past week:
>shithole country has been taking advantage of our goodwill for decades
>Trump tells them to knock it off, threatens tariffs if they don't
>libs chime in "sure, we can collapse their entire country with a stroke of a pen without a single bullet fired, but they can slightly increase the price of some niche good!"
>shithole capitulates since they don't want their entire economy collapsed, rendering that hypothetical moot, the entire point of threatening the tariff in the first place
And somehow, they never learn.

Beauty is fleeting, TLS, you should know this what with your appreciation for the imagery of starlets frozen in time. Sometimes the appreciation of the beauty while it's there is part of the charm.
Here are five flowers associated with five famous women. The lily of the valley is my personal favorite.

Audrey Hepburn – Lily of the Valley

A style icon from Old Hollywood, Audrey Hepburn’s favorite flower was the delicate yet regal Lily of the Valley. Exuding a dainty charm, the beautiful bell-shaped Lily of the Valley symbolizes happiness, humility, and good fortune. Audrey’s wedding bouquet was a small bunch of nothing but Lily of Valley flowers.

J6ers were protesting an election we all know was rigged. They protested by walking around in the capitol, respecting the interior, and taking pictures. Then they were arrested, beaten, hunted down via social media, and subjected to FOUR YEARS of brutal imprisonment without trial.

They were pardoned because they were turned into political martyrs by the Biden Admin and tortured in hell for standing up for America. Pardoning them was the right move and it fits Trump's agenda. Over simplifying it is disingenuous.
I'm talking about Silk Road man, he said he did it as a thank you for the political support of the libertarian moment pretty much outright.

During the Bronze age there were extensive trade networks to bring amber down from the Baltic to the near east because people liked to use solidified tree sap as jewelry. People will expend wealth and blood to ensure that the shinies shall flow, no matter how silly the basic nature of the shiny may be.

Of course the trade networks for tin to create bronze extended even farther from Cornwall to Lebanon because weapons of war and tools of industry are even more important than wooing woman with fancy things.
You also don’t have to woo women. You can acquire them for free with a pointy stick through their menfolks’s hearts and a club to the head.

I don't remember that much of the busha administration outside of jokes of him from family guy. I remember Obama being president around my middle and highschool years. All I saw was rose tinted views on him. I'm not exception cause I was one of the people and kids who thought him being the first black president means racism and societal ill would dissappear. I think after graduating in 2016 did I realize how full of shit he was. I remember not knowing who the hell Trump was till he ran for president cause everyone around me talked about him like he was some kinda monster.
Being Gen Z, I definitely remember my schoolteachers fearmongering over Trump's win in 2016, which was the first time I ever heard of Trump. The worst part is they were grade school teachers, in Singapore halfway around the world from America.

Liberal brainrot/ America Bad is real and it still has a stronghold on many non-Americans who otherwise are neutral or don't care for politics or news headlines. they make for perfect sheeple to be manipulated by American mainstream news slop. Ironic.

There was a point several years ago when I was inquiring into Roman Catholicism. I went to one of the big Newman centers and dropped by for a mass. The priest was giving a homily about how we need to give a ton of money to Africans or something, and there were fliers in the hall about accepting refugees.

I asked the front desk if there were any RCIA (Roman Catholic Initiation for Adults—basically catechism classes for people wanting to become Catholic) forms, and they had none. Apparently nobody had bothered to keep them stocked.

By the time I was called back, I was living elsewhere. Eventually, I was baptized Orthodox. Not for that reason, but I never forgot it.
Good choice, brother.

The amount of hate we get from South American countries even though we give them billions in aid and investment is staggering; we should punish them severely.
Personally, I couldn't give less of a fuck how much spic-filled shitholes hate us, but they will fall into line when it comes to fulfilling their responsibilities as nations, like taking back citizens who come here illegally. If we're giving other countries aid and investment under the expectation that they'll love us and revere us, we're being naive and should stop doing it.
