includes R1, the model that released in the last couple weeks that everyone's hyping. Deepseek does have a website you can make an account on to chat with for free without needing any of the technical knowhow on how to do this yourself, so yeah there's gonna be problems there. This isn't really going to be the same situation as with
OpenClosedAI, Deepseeks coming out the gate, putting their best work out for everyone to pick apart and customize. OpenAi is full proprietary, greedy as hell, and it's caused them to get cocky and stagnate. You can only use OpenAIs current work through their servers, on their end. OpenAI's way of doing business is a security nightmare, and relying on them makes anybody that does a liability. Fuck Sam Altman.
