This is my thought. I want to see the body cam footage. There's been a bunch of cases where cops over react or grab the gun instead of the taser but it also could be a case of a belligerent idiot playing FAFO.

This is a very unflattering image. Bless her heart, she is trying for a sincere smile but these kind of photos are a bitch to take so after the 10th try that sincerity has faded but she is -trying-. And whoever picked that dress and that makeup needs to rethink things, the darker brown only highlights the wrinkles in her face and the makeup is both too bright and too dark.
Probably replaced with a "consumption" tax or a federal sales tax.
