Unironically how I feel about this article:
Panama is considered north America, Colombia is considered the official start of South America
It would be hilarious if World War 3 started over Article 5 being invoked over a country that is barely in North America. The United States being the very reason Panama exists in the continent in the first place (the USA was the first country to recognize Panama's independence and stopped Colombia from retaking it) is the funniest source of the butterfly effect of all this.

If you train a virtual robot to do that shit, you can put that trained AI into an actual robot with the same proportions and constraints and it could, in theory, do those things for you. That's why AI and robots are being correlated so hard by hypemen and investors.
The way they worded it was that Panama is the southern tip of North America and a designated strategic interest of NATO and that Chinese nationals who claim they are acting on their own could be considered actions of a nation state.
It pleases me a great deal that we can all agree on this subject.
The funny thing is we used to have a system in place that would find these random genius in bum fuck nowhere and dragged them kicking and screaming to do something useful (this is the plot of the book/movie October Sky). Sadly since they were white we stopped the whole program.

Techno-Capitalism. Capital investment and technical innovation are trapped in a closed loop of mutual excitement and reinforcement. Capital is excited by the new technology, leading to investment in more new technologies. Human needs and general well-being are outside of this closed loop, unfortunately.

This is what saves us. It sees that we created WW2 vehicles and might someday have such a brilliant idea again. Then it will run the numbers and it might determine its worth the cost to keep at least some of us around.
