I think people are over medicated and diagnosed for corporate profits, but I don't think Musk with his Ketamine issues is in any position to really judging people about what they take.

They do have bad side effects, but everyone’s bodies react differently and stopping your medication immediately can make it a little worse.

The best way to come off antidepressants is to slowly reduce your dosage then stop altogether when you’re at the minimum dosage (the same way as alcoholics do).
