I think it's an issue of:

1: Most of the things he says are permissible under the 1st Amendment.
2: It's very obvious that Jim is mentally unwell and is not to be taken seriously.

Jim’s mentor, Neal Rauhauser, always tells people around him that the likelihood of someone coming after you irl is extremely low. And he’s basically right. The odds of that are very low. However, there was one guy - someone I grew up with - that lives an hour away. As soon as he mentioned that to Jim, Jim never said another word about him or to him. My point is that the chances of irl retribution are pretty damn low. But you, me, and even Jim still can’t believe that. It’s mind blowing to me that someone hasn’t tuned him up. This is spot on. Regarding the first point, even the legal filings that Useful_Mistake posts, you can see that only a few of his thousands of insane accusations even passed the bar of defamation. It was just crazy timing that Netenyahu lost his supreme court case and they ruled that if he steps down, he goes to prison. And sure, there were organized protests against him in Tel Aviv for weeks. And yeah, maybe the forward units were pulled out of position 24 hours prior to Hamas launching their attack. And so what it's weird that Mossad has compromised Hamas so much that they can put explosives in every phone and pager in Gaza used by a doctor. The important thing is that billions go to Israel because it's totally not a failed state.

I've been putting this off but here's the play by play of the post inauguration Rad Pod and Not So Chill sad stream! I almost skipped this because the title of the episode is "A Crucial Moment in British History Livestream Recap" which meant they were just gonna talk about some dumbass they interviewed two days earlier. That was not the case lol. In fact, they very, very begrudgingly show off the clips from the Anglo tard and are forced to do so by Jim's gimp as he cuts them off mid sentence to show completely irrelevant clips to what they're talking about. This was a good stream.
tl;dw/dr
A solid 8.5-9/10. It's not as good post election pill stream but there's a reason why that one was the best. To put it succinctly before going overboard, this is the saddest I have ever seen them, they have absolutely no energy, they are completely defeated, and Josh Fidel, Hi-Fi, Jim's dress wearing gimp, talks THREE whole time through out the stream and it was so nice.

Now here we go.
  • The stream starts off with footage of Hitler doing the Roman salute that has been digitally altered to look even older than it is. We'll find out later that this whole opening segment was made by Jim's gimp. The gimp attempts to tell us the origins of the Roman salute. I would have to screen cap every single subtitle to give his full story and I'm not going to do that. If you want that, it's the first 30 seconds of the stream. I'm going to describe it very poorly but it will make as much sense as his. The Roman salute was made by Mussolini as a way to express the grandeur of the Roman empire. Hitler took one look at that and was all like "Aw hell yah dawg that shit is FIRE" and he Nazified it. Everyone gave the salute. If you were driving and Hitler came on the radio, you got out of the car and saluted. Even Jews were "expected" to give the salute until they were kicked out of society and holocausted.
  • 52 seconds in and we're met with new footage of stamped out, metalic looking faces while industrial clanging is heard. It's like if Auschwitz was made by the guy who made the Backrooms.

I don't like people calling Jim a Jew. It's lazy and it's what he wants and I'm not just talking about getting rage engagement. I think Jim wants to be a Jew but he can never be one. He does not believe in God and has nothing but disdain for the concept of sky daddies so he cannot be one in the religious sense. He cannot even be considered one through lineage as his Jew dad that abandoned him married, very shortly, a gentile.
