Elaborating on this because some people found it informative, the charges that could be brought against you in a military court can be wildly different than what you see in state/federal cases. For example in The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Adultery is a criminal offense in the military, and military members who commit it may face court-martial.

God knows how many ways and articles they have that could totally fuck you if you did all of what Milley has been shown to have done.

The United states code of military justice is very much outside of civilian justice. It all comes down to the seriousness of the charges though. They aren't going to get him for some small thing he did, if they do go after him I would expect it would be either treason or dereliction of duty.

Doesn't have to be extreme, just some basic requirements for any government position:

• Lift 50 lbs
• Walk 1 mile unassisted
• Get off the floor from a seated position without assistance

That's all I'm asking.

Most of these are too easy, even for the obese to do.

I'd make it one plate on the major lifts and a 5 mile hike without stopping. You don't have to run, you just can't stop.

Reasonably easy enough for the fit, but a huge filter for the unhealthy.
