america runs the nigerian health system and the entire nonprofit sector of georgia and ukraine not because of charity but because it puts americans in charge. if nigeria was capable of making and distributing its own anti-HIV medications they could tell america to fuck off without penalty.

rubio pausing all foreign aid for 90 days did more for anti-imperialism than a million crying leftists and liberals
fun fact: HIV meds are dirt cheap to produce. India already doesn't care about foreign patents so most countries just buy shitty versions of drugs from there

and if Africans don't care about HIV and having sexual practices that encourage transmission IDGAF. African babies getting HIV is typically due to mother->child transmission so if they don't care about their own children I certainly don't

also the whole raping babies bit

Did Kimmel pull a Burr and marry a black woman or something? You’re right that he seems to ACTUALLY buy into his own bullshit but - unlike Oliver or someone like Colbert - his past isn’t so easily explained by “he was always a lib just playing a role”. It’s just bizarre seeing Mr “Juggies on Trampolines in Blackface” handwringing so enthusiastically about trans kids of color.
he stuck his dick in sarah silverman.

One thing I think is worth saying, is vaccines are actually 2 (or more) concepts sharing 1 word. I don't think people really doubt vaccines as a medical CONCEPT, but they doubt vaccines being full of crap like heavy metals and other shit, as well as covid """vaccine""" which wasn't even a vaccine, but an RNA treatment.

And so while people overwhelmingly are ok with vaccines as an idea, they don't want them full of heavy metals, or weird shit like RNA treatment with minimal research. Or any other weird sus shit put in it.

So people can in a way be pro vaccine AND anti vaccine at the same time.

it's also the difference between being a waldorf hippie who rejects all vaccination vs not following the schedule to the tee

you actually *cannot find* stats on how many of the former there all. "anti-vax" stats fold in both groups.

That's a dumb argument. If that were the case the problem isn't that this guy should work more, but that more people should be trained in this "very specific operation" that "hundreds of people" suffer from.
What if you were the surgeon? Should I be able to chain you to an operating table and so you can perform operations until you die?

There are only a tiny number of people smart and dextrous enough to be surgeons. There is no way to increase the supply of doctors so that everyone get the highest-quality care that is technologically feasible.
Something I've heard is funnily enough that lower empathy makes for better surgeons because cutting into some one even for their own good is a very stressful experience otherwise might be another limiting factor there

Ooooh, that damn racist Trump and his.....helping out Native Americans?

Sec. 5. Expanding Opportunities for Low-Income, Working Families. Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall issue guidance regarding whether and how States receiving block grants for families and children from the Department, including the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDGB), can use them to expand educational choice and support families who choose educational alternatives to governmental entities, including private and faith-based options.

Dr. Phil to Selena Gomez: Dry Your Eyes; ‘Rapists Don’t Deserve Your Tears’

“I certainly don’t think she was crying for these individuals,” Dr. Phil told the Daily Mail. “She seemed to me to be very sincere in her empathy for these individuals,” he said of Gomez, “but I’m not sure who she was identifying with. I don’t think she would relate to the people that we’re taken down in this operation.”

Gomez became a subject of both praise and scorn for her wildly over-emotional video in which she sobbed while accusing Donald Trump of “attacking” her “people” including “the children.”

Indeed, Dr. Phil McGraw was embedded with ICE in Chicago and was a first-hand witness of the sort of criminals and dangerous characters that federal agents have been busily scooping up and tagging for deportation. And there weren’t any “children” in the mix.

“I certainly don’t think she was crying for these individuals,” McGraw told the Daily Mail.

“I wanted to see [the raids] for myself. There were no restrictions. There was no room I couldn’t go into. There was no meeting I couldn’t attend,” McGraw said of his access when he was embedded with ICE in Chicago.

McGraw went on to say that he was present when the list of crimes committed by those ICE had arrested were read off. The charges included “murder, murder, child sex crimes, child rape, aggravated assault.”

“[ICE agents] are focusing on the worst first. That is the way they describe it and I was able to see how much investigative work they put in to these targets,” he explained.

He added that the sort of people ICE was taking into custody were a danger to every community, including the immigrant community. “They prey upon their own. So, you know, I would suspect that Selena’s empathy is certainly not for the people that Mr. Holman is going after,” he said.

He also dismissed the media’s constant attacks on ICE as “just fear-mongering.”

“They’re not targeting farms or agricultural environments. They’re not going into businesses and checking people’s immigration status,” he explained.

“I asked all the hard questions. I asked straight up, ‘Are you sweeping neighborhoods where you believe there are concentrations of Illegal aliens?’ and they said ‘absolutely not,'” he continued.

“I said, ‘Are you going to schools and taking people and students out of schools? They said ‘absolutely not.”’

“These agents are after the bad guys… There’s been no much misinformation out there,’ Dr Phil continued, noting that even Illinois’s Democratic Governor JB Pritzker has alleged that ICE agent are going into elementary schools to look for undocumented children,” he exclaimed.

“I was very impressed at the professionalism of all of this,” McGraw said of the raids he witnessed.

Planning America's 250th Birthday Party:
As amazing as all of these EOs have been, it's the small ones like this and the EO demanding our federal buildings embody the American spirit (or whatever wording he used to say our buildings shouldn't look like modern pieces of shit) that make me really appreciate what Trump is doing. They seem so inconsequential but they give people something tangible to be proud of and celebrate.

Surgery is more of a service, but yes it has supply and demand like everything else. This is a much better argument for your point that the previous hypothetical brain surgery.

No. The problem isn't the working hours of doctors. It is that the incentives to become a surgeon aren't what they should be to meet demand for surgery. In Chile as well as other Latin countries there's wide spread corruption. Which contributes to all problems not just surgeries. The problems in European healthcare didn't start until mass immigration. This chart is from the study you linked. The United states has similar wait times as the Netherlands in regard to "specialists". Note that Canada, Norway, Sweden, The United Kingdom, and France as the longest wait times. They also have had a larger share of immigrants per capita.

I don't really have an opinion one way or the other with public vs private healthcare. But our system is just as broken as other systems.

Fuck yes on the anti DEI and trans policy in public schools executive order. Title 9 (federal law) expressely prohibits discrimination based on sex and mandates that all children shall have the benefit of their sex in educational setting. Here's hoping trump removes federal funding from entire states (especially CA) until they stop with the tranny and dei shit.

Letting 7 year olds play in recess every hour or two would accomplish exactly the same thing but we're stuck with a retarded Victorian schooling model designed to prepare line workers and bureaucrats.
I'm pretty sure elementary schools were already phasing fucking tag out as a game kids were allowed to play, 20 years ago.

Iirc during the campaign he said he wants a military parade in every state capital.
