This whole thing is an acid trip. I can't figure out what she's trying to say. I think it's supposed to be an allegory for trannies but he talks about slapping people with it, so that doesn't work.

I choose to believe it's a penis allegory and re-reading it replacing Rubber Chicken with Tranny Cock makes it a lot better.
