The context for this is that Ethan's been teasing a "content nuke" on Hasan for over a month (which will be a video rather than a live stream). He's also postponed it several times.
He looks unwell. He's malnourished because he's spoken about how he basically doesn't eat any more, but he also looks like and is acting like a tweaker - he's making some elaborate call out exposé on Hasan, which will probably mostly be him repeating what he's been posting on his instagram stories at 3am. Apparently this is "the most important thing in his life right now" - as a reminder, his youngest child was born 9 months ago.
Meanwhile his subreddit has fallen into literally blind devotion

There's already like 100 "content nukes" on Hasan anyways. Why would his be any different? At least all the people who already made their "nukes" weren't collaborating with Hasan for years. If the hitpiece has bombshells from the period when he was buddy-buddy with Hasan then this has to reflect negatively upon Ethan too.

He is faggy, but primarily corporate faggy, which I mean at his size that's the best you can hope for.
Point being though, from what I've seen, Markiplier has always stayed in his lane and never got into retarded drama or got insufferably political. He's pro-troon, but in the corporate rainbow flag in June way, and not the "Let me tell you about how Trump is going to genocide all gay/trans people" way, which is tolerable.
Also, his Amazon show "The edge of sleep" was actually pretty decent, and that's without comparing it to the normal slop Youtubers usually make when given these opportunities.

Mark is a genuinely decent human being. He's spent years just donating millions to children's hospitals and animal societies, the first thing he did with his money was buy his mother a fucking house, he's a pretty emotional guy and things like family and his fans genuinely do move him. He keeps his nose clean, he tries new things and does new projects, he's not having sex with troons or getting caught in cokehead scandals or making an ass out of himself on the news.
As far as being a genuinely pretty stand up guy, Mark sits very comfortably in first place among every YouTuber out there. Ethan is a faggot jew just looking for someone with a high subscriber count to start trouble with for views. It is the epitome of scum content, that you cannot genuinely make something that you love and that stirs the hearts of others, so you manufacture a trainwreck with yourself at the helm. It's the equivalent to ambulance chasing, I hope he hangs himself from the fucking jew palace in Israel.

I don't like either of them. But its true, Mark's voice is annoying, and his overreactions make him unwatchable.
Any sense of a scary atmosphere is shouted over, or he will make a pun, or a poop joke, which is fine, if it wasn't the same fucking thing being shouted over and over.

Also his banshee shrieking is awful, if you have a deep voice you should lean into it naturally, not ear rape your audience.
I would not willingly watch h3h3 outside of MATI, so all I can sum up from him is he's a faggot.

Markiplier I can at least say is a decent and normal person, while Ethan is turning into the Joker over too many pro Palestine lefties calling him a Jew. His target audience are children and young teens that’s why he does that whole act, when I was a kid I enjoyed youtubers like that but can’t imagine sitting through those videos nowadays. I feel like you’re complaining about something that’s just simply not made for you.

Markiplier makes videos for tweens and young teens. He's going to seem faggy to anyone who is old enough to drive with red P plates. I started watching him as a kid around the time he got his start, in 2012 and had dropped him by the time I'd left school. There's a couple things that make his audience especially fond of him. Playing horror games predominately, the viewer sees him react to some pretty viscerally upsetting material, and then try to power through it to keep them having a good time while he clearly isn't, his first wacky purchase with YouTube money was a house for his mum, and he's contributed multiple millions of dollars to charity through his work. We knew he doesn't particularly like games a decade ago. Knew he was putting on an act to a greater or lesser extent for entertainment. No one is going to find out his voice is a couple octaves higher and be upset with him, though. He has a bank full of community good will, and a history of working hard to produce content that is good outside of his videos (Edge of Sleep TV Series, Iron Lung fan film, etc) He reads as a pretty good guy, especially for an entertainer.
I'm not shocked Ethan would be upset he's muted by him. Finding out a dude overwhelmingly considered to be kind and good natured doesn't want to hear from you is likely to be pretty upsetting. Especially when you're so radioactive from freaking out at the slightest thing, that you've become a detriment of those around you.

How did Ethan go from being so fat to so skinny? He's definitely on some kind of uppers. That aside, you don't have to like Markiplier's voice, or his acting, hell even if you think he's fake, he's still a far better and more well put together person then Ethan will ever be, and the man's literally had his insides ripped open.
What's funny is Ethan knows he can't even talk shit about Mark DMCAing people for uploading whole clips of Unnus Annus (A year long daily upload project he deleted on purpose) because he knows full fucking well he's the biggest flaggot next to Jason "Maldivious Figtree" Thor hall.
