If there's no survivors found yet, in this icy water, pretty grim outlook.
The icebreaking fire department boat with all the searchlights and shit isn't even available to use either its been in the Baltimore shipyard for over 2 years. DC is a fucking disaster from a management perspective just as bad as CA if not worse.

Military/Air Force/Pilot bros, if someone is out doing training flights near an active, commercial airport, at night, do they usually have an instructor with them or not?

Seems like such a shit idea jfc.
You'd think they'd have ADS-B going, at least.

@JosephStalin you're a military guy. Do you know if the UH-60 has ADS-B capability? Even if the UH-60 wasn't broadcasting, I'd hope if would at least have receive active to give pilots a chance to avoid other aircraft.

Any aircraft autists want to chime in on the UH-60's avionics?

Does anyone else feel like legacy media is completely irrelevant now? I used to see all these anti-Trump articles, click them, be enraged, and see others share them. Now it feels like nobody gives a fuck anymore.
Legacy media is effectively dead reach wise outside of Fox and only exists for libtards to link in their echo chambers. All metrics are completely in the tank and CNN/MSNBC only exist because of big pharma ad money (the viewership is so bad now it's unbelievable)

Even if the crash wasn’t because of a DEI hire, we should still push that narrative so people hate DEI niggers even more.
ATC as a whole has had way more runway/midflight incidents in the last few years due to it and frankly we are lucky these don't happen more often but the insane amount of automatic safety features in planes have prevented a lot. The only people working in ATC should be White or Asian men if you were to purely base it on merit and anything other then merit for perhaps the most important job besides flying the plane itself is fucking crazy.

That's kind of my point. It's not that New Vegas attracted trannies, it's that a concerningly large number of people who played New Vegas and other RPGs ended up trooning out.
So, we're back to arguing about video games after weed last week.

Can't wait for the inevitable porn debate next week and it repeats all again.

Supposed pilot on twiter posted this

As a pilot, here is what I think happened:

Facts:
1. American Airlines flight 5432 (LANDING FLIGHT), a CRJ700 operated by PSA airlines, was inbound to runway 33 on whats called "short final", the last stage of landing, about 400 feet in altitude.
2. An Army Blackhawk training flight PAT25 (HELICOPTER) was flying perpendicular to the flight path of 5432 along the Potomac river. The Potomac is a designated helicopter flight path / flight corridor.
3. PAT25 was flying on Visual Flight Rules (VFR); flight 4532 on Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). This means that flight 5432 had priority and the helicopter should have been constantly looking out visually for other aircraft.
4. Moments before the crash, the DCA tower called to PAT25 and asked them to confirm they had the "[other] aircraft in sight".
5. PAT25 replied that they had the aircraft in sight.

Opinion:
PAT25 actually had another aircraft, the DEPARTING FLIGHT, in sight, and did not realize PAT25 was descending directly into its flight path.

The difference is that the left fights for degeneracy, we're fighting to save the world.
No one ever thinks they are the bad guy they bought so heavily in to the idea that they were building a utopia that they lost the plot. At some point they went from thinking "we do good things" to "things are good because we did them". The right isn't immune to drinking it's own bath water.

Apparently some of them do. Am not a flying type, found this from 2023.
