Jumping the gun, Johnny. Tolerance != outright enjoyment. I'm willing to allow either of them to prove themselves to me.
Fair enough, buddy. Personally, I'm not so sure about Tulsi because she seems to want political success a little too much. Also, the weird cult her family is associated with bugs me a little. However, watching her go from media darling to enemy of the liberal elite has been a wild ride.

I'm not going to tone police anyone (unlike other users in this thread), but facts are facts.
I regret becoming interested in your reply, and following it back to the old retarded argument on the Civil War that doesn't touch what happened.

A US president(Lincoln) just declared legally acquired personal property, to be no longer property.

That's kind of a big deal, it's the Federal government depriving citizens of their lawful property, without compensation, or due process(AKA "A Taking"). Yeah sure, humans were the property, but it was a wildly illegal act that was the cause of the Civil War.

My "facts are facts" comment was about how, right now, Trump has a higher approval rating with black people than white people.

My previous civil war comment was obvious bait. I even put the smug smiley in. I'm a Yankee through and through, but another thread would be more appropriate for Civil War discussion.

Wow, how odd. Wyden ithn't ath aggrethive today ath he wath with RFK Jr, who ith going to put the people who put money into hith pocket at rithk.

Really maketh you think.

This Wyden dipshit is fucking insufferable. Might be my new most hated politician. Fortunately Tulsi handled his faggotry well.
His question about declassifying CIA torture shit stuck out to me. Kind of random. But I agree with you, I'm grateful he isn't doing what he was doing yesterday. Holy fucking shit was that bad.

Not really. Property was specifically excluded out of John Locke’s rights by the founding fathers. There was probably some debate over it, but in the end the Federal government got the power of eminent domain decisively.

The emancipation proclamation was a giant wartime eminent domain move.

Unless Kash has his Vivek moment where he shows his in group preference outweights his duty to America as a whole you have to give pajeets like Kash and Harmeet Dhillon a pass.
Kashyap Pramod Vinod Patel was born to 2 non-US citizens who came to America on temporary work visas (who have left America and retired in India) and just last week said "The American dream is for the world." He is literally a anchor baby that will have a grind against white people. At best his family and himself view the western world as stepping stones to status and power.

Kash Patel is the jeet who made a speech about how America and the American dream don't belong to us or our children, but instead they belong to the world, right?

I don't care how "based" you are, you say shit like that you go back to India. To any boomercon retards who think like this, divest yourself of such thoughts or you can get deported to India too.

Counterpoint: The Takings Clause of the 5th Amendment exists.

It was prior to a war, you can't apply it retroactively.

Firing on Ft Sumter: 1861
Emancipation Proclamation: 1863

Unless Johnny Fiveaces was a Confederate general, I don't think the second thing caused the first.

Lincoln didn't free slaves or declare slavery illegal until well into the war. He was on record that he didn't really care about emancipation until it was a strategic advantage
