Culture Adult star Emily Willis 'permanently disabled' after rehab stint for 'ketamine addiction' - Pornstar gets turned into retard by ketamine abuse

(L/A)
Ex-adult star Emily Willis is "permanently disabled" after being treated for a "ketamine addiction" at a Malibu rehab centre which resulted in severe brain damage, according to a bombshell lawsuit.

The legal action is taken against Summit Malibu and its parent company Malibu Lighthouse Treatment Centers, LLC, citing "abuse of a dependent adult, professional negligence, negligence and fraudulent business practices".

At just 25 years old, Emily, whose real name is Litzy Lara Banuelos, remains semi-conscious after she suffered cardiac arrest at the treatment facility. Despite promises to monitor her closely, detailed in their intake contracts, staff at Summit Malibu allegedly watched her health decline over several days without transferring her to a hospital.

On February 4, 2024, when a nurse practitioner discovered her unconscious, it wasn't clear how long she had been unattended. Upon finding Emily, the nurse immediately called emergency services, administered CPR and sought help from colleagues.

Paramedics continued CPR for 30 to 40 minutes until they restored a heartbeat, but by then, the extended lack of oxygen had caused brain damage, leaving her comatose. The lawsuit, Cooper v. Malibu Treatment Centers and Summit Malibu (Case No. 24SMCV06328), was lodged on December 27, 2024, at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

"Had the staff followed standard medical protocols, Emily would have had the opportunity to regain control of her life," attorney James A. Morris Jr. from Morris Law Firm, representing Emily and her guardian Yesenia Lara Cooper, lashed out over the shocking clinical oversight.

"No patient should ever be subjected to such a horrendous breakdown in clinical care. Her health was ignored until it was too late, and now her life is forever changed."

Having succumbed to ketamine addiction, Emily checked into the coastal rehab on January 27, 2024, the suit reveals. Consuming a whopping five to six grams daily for an entire year, she faced disturbing side effects which included bladder inflammation, urinary incontinence, and alarming night terrors.

Her past was marred by major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and PTSD, conditions for which she received anti-depression and anti-anxiety medication.

Contrary to rampant speculation, drug tests conducted upon admission disclosed that Emily hadn't been using ketamine or other substances, and her weight was actually a mere 100lbs, not the incorrectly reported 80lbs. Consistent clean test results over the subsequent days contrasted with her rapidly failing health, laid bare by the legal claim.

The lawsuit claims that Emily became "dishevelled, frail, disoriented" with a "nervous" mood and "poor" insight and behaviour, struggling even to walk. It details how she was barely eating, not showering or getting dressed, and suffered from aches, tremors, spasms, weakness, appeared to be in pain, and experienced vaginal pain.

Morris stated: "Eventually she grew so dehydrated that a nurse could not measure her blood pressure. By this time her acute medical distress had been recorded and yet they left the decision to go to an urgent care up to a patient who was suffering incredible pain and could not care for her own well-being. There is no excuse for their failure to obtain medical and psychological care."

Following a cardiac arrest 26 hours later, Emily was left in a vegetative state, according to the suit. She has reportedly regained consciousness, can track things with her eyes but remains unable to move or speak, and is now in a care home in Utah.

Morris further commented: "We hope this lawsuit will spur real change in how treatment centers handle critical cases. Too many patients who should be receiving life-saving interventions are being lost to negligence."

Summit Malibu and its parent company, Malibu Lighthouse Treatment, have been named in the lawsuit.

5-6 grams of ketamine per day for a year seems like a lot and would probably cost a lot (idk how much drugs cost anymore, how much does ket go for on the streets, $50 / gram?)

Does ketamine withdrawal cause respiratory and cardiac depression? Something has gone very wrong here, if whats written here is right then they should have transferred her to hospital way before.
From everything described it sounds like she was severly dehydrated. Like no fluids whatsoever for a week or more. That's what caused the Cardiac Arrest. You cannot go without water more than a few days.

This was not the direct result of ketamine withdrawal. This was the facility not properly caring for or monitoring their patient. She should have been hospitalized days before she suffered cardiac arrest. This sounds like the Hospice from Hell. Canadian Healthcare.

Isn't she Bruce Willis' granddaughter? Didn't he have the same thing happen to him a few years back before he started doing all those alzeimers paycheck movies? Why is the Willis family being targeted? What is being covered up?
Her real name is right there in there in the article you illiterate retard, and if she was actually related to Bruce Willis it would've already been in headlines. She's too old to be his granddaughter anyway.

Wouldn't hurt to include a picture next time

This is what Ketamine Withdrawal does to innocent christian girls like Emily Willis. Just a threadly reminder to never stop doing drugs or you might become vegetized.

She would have to be 2,000lbs to justify the suggested mg/kg.
She was taking like 6x the maximum? Something like that?
All of the symptoms she has implies long term usage. I don't know why she went into cardiac arrest though.
I'm sure that Ketamine is only one element.
But this just goes to show that Ayy lmao, porn is a nexus for bad things.

oh fuck its her

this is the 2nd porn star (the other one died from a drug overdose) that I sometimes watched that I guess I'm not gonna watch anymore - it's super uncomfortable that they even keep their videos up and even more fucking wacky that people leave RIP messages on their porn videos

You could probably make money on youtube creating a misery porn channel about the fate of pornstars.

Like how some dude found Jenni Lee living in the vast tunnel system under Vegas

A beaner pretending to be white, tale as old as time.
I don't know if she was really "pretending to be white" considering all of her videos were "latina" stuff (the other porn star I mentioned that died of a drug overdose was Sophia Leone - who was also a latina). I mean they look fairly similar for the record:

I wonder if they were both addicted to Ketamine...

- It says she didn't test positive for anything when she checked in. This is extremely hard to believe, because many drug metabolites can be detected weeks after use. Ketamine isn't one of them though, half life/lives are too short. Still, a polydrug user will almost always come up for something. You're telling me she got totally clean then checked into inpatient???

- She got cardiac arrest from something else. The whole story is weird. She checked in supposedly already clean, then went downhill over days if not weeks, then flatlined? OK...

- It's always interesting to have empirical evidence for Ketamine side effects because we don't have a whole lot of it right now and they're prescribing the shit. K doctor once told me that the problems are usually found in users whose consumption exceeds 1kg/lifetime (read: heavy regular users), though I didn't look into the details re: time periods or anything like that. However, this case seems to line up with that - at 5g per day she would have exceeded 1kg. in less than a year. The article states that she had already suffered from K bladder prior to the rehab.

The biggest short-term risk to K is bladder irritation, it's heavily concentrated in urine and it inflames the inside of the bladder. I have heard from the same K doctor that there is evidence for mental problems and/or deterioration in very heavy users, which isn't too hard to believe because Dissociatives have been known to cause olney's lesions (PCP) and dissociative states are very similar to psychosis in a way.

I knew a girl who was regularly doing at least a gram per day, basically as much as she could afford. I watched her go through at least a half pound or so over the course of about a year, and she probably used even more than that before and after I was aware of it. She didn't have any health problems at that time and when I talked to her recently she's still alive and able to communicate (I didn't ask for details tbh).

Lol at the case no translating into 8) but sad apart from that. The porn industry is so disgusting
Good.

Seriously what else is there to say? Another statistic of the porn industry. Perhaps she'll have time to repent and come back to God as a vegetable.
What God? If it's the one I'm thinking then “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.” comes to mind. You may well find the scales tipping in her favour on judgement day retard. She was most likely abused from a young age and/or trafficked by some sleazy pimp.

All the urologists are super hyped that ketamine is the go to club drug over coke now. All these kids doing ket every weekend are absolutely frying their bladders.

There used to be an analog to it that popped up a while back that supposedly had lower risk profile for bladder and showed utility for treating phantom limb pain. It's not often you see the UN file a fucking binding resolution against a drug but the globohomo government came down on MXE like a sack of hammers and it is impossible to obtain now. It struck me as profound that all these deaths from OD and shit they pretend to be helpless to stop but when they actually decided to they were able to effectively remove a drug from the map.

5 to 6 grams of ket a day is wildly insane.
Considering the bladder damage yeah definitely. Not to mention the fact the poor bitch was probably suicidally depressed any time she wasn't on the drug. Dissociatives are a tricky enough bitch but ketamine has properties that are tied to the transmitters and receptors that regulate depression and mood so much that at that dose she was almost certainly using throughout the day every day. At a certain point it doesn't even make you feel "high" you're just using so you feel anything.

All that said and despite her being a literal whore, I can't help but feel fucking awful for her, because that would be a truly miserable existence. And when her family dies, even if she's still alive at that point, she'll probably have long since burned through any savings going toward her care and will be reliant on someone doing even basic tasks for her for the rest of her life.

Even worse there's probably numerous gooners out there fantasizing about being that person, like Buck from Kill Bill. Sad.
