Plenty of YouTube videos of "sovereign citizens" remaining silent and ending up in handcuffs because they are retarded.
My first thought is I would kill anyone who did that.
Then they'd lose their case, and after that, lose a § 1983 lawsuit, and since they automatically pay your legal fees when they lose one of those, this would get pretty costly even if you only got some joke amount like $10K out of it yourself.
