Trump is also addicted to having a new headline every day. He wanted to rest today, so he announced the tariffs on Saturday. Why? So Trudeau would humiliate himself like this and help him run a sideshow while Trump rests. I don't think Trump will respond until maybe Monday, and even then I don't think he'll say much other than mock Trudeau.
