Why does Canada have such a problem with India I the first place?
The Liberal faggot party in Canada thought the country needed to triple in population and importing brown people from the worst places in the world (while avoiding importing White people from Europe, the US or South Africa) would turn them into loyal Canadians the moment they get off the plane. As anyone with an IQ above 80 could expect the majority of these imported people did their best to rape the country of any benefit they could snatch and be the most unproductive welfare queens possible.

You have Indians raiding food pantries, jerking off at children's parks and pools, smashing into busses because they're driving cargo trucks they're unqualified to operate and even take out massive student loans then flee back to India.

I was promised money from bidden.
"Only" 75 billion. That's really the tone setter.

This wormy little homonculous should be on his hands and knees praising the USA and his dwindling allies every other breath and taking the cost of everything from men to money seriously. But instead every time this little coked up hobbit has opened his mouth it's to whine about wanting and needing more and how we're mean for not giving him blank checks and infinity support when the fact he's gotten anything is a blessing and a courtesy that's almost unprecedented.

He's so fucking genuinely unlikable.

California's government will never consent to breaking itself apart which is what needed for the legal procedure to create new states out of existing ones. There is another path that has precedent in American jurisprudence though, however it's not really liked for reasons that will become obvious when you look into it.
West Virginia?

What Canada exports is Heavy Sour Crude.

I've watched a few videos by guys who do refinery and oil well work.

This is the WORST oil out there. It's loaded with the second most poisonous gas in nature. It takes the most refining with the most polluting byproducts.

Canada LITERALLY cannot refine it. They can't build a refinery to refine it because of their green laws. They don't have any refineries that can handle it. Their green laws explicitly forbid refining it.

So they ship it to the US at a heavy discount since we have a SHITLOAD of heavy sour crude in the Dakotas. We refine it (an expensive and hazardous process) and sell it back to them because THEY LITERALLY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT!!!

Not selling us oil won't fucking matter one fucking bit. We DON'T USE IT. We sell it back and sell it to Mexico.

With the electricity, that'll only hurt NYC and LA/SoCal.

So nobody cares.

They sell the US electricity during peak hours (AND charge Canadians peak hour prices) for a discount and in return we sell power at a discount during non-peak hours so that Canadians can heat their igloos.

Cutting us off from power just keeps NYC and LA in brownouts, which nobody gives a fuck about, and MIGHT encourage those two retarded cities to stop shitting up the energy landscape.

That's why the US doesn't give a shit if the Igloo dwelling Leafs cut off the power and their shitty crude oil.

In a nutshell, Sikhs have their own equivalent of a Zionist movement and that Zion (Khalistan) is in what is now Indian territory. The Hindus in India who are the dominant religion in terms of sheer numbers there don't get along with the more radical Sikhs in Canada and have tried to assassinating them. The Sikhs for their part had a terrorist/militant organization blow up an airliner a few decades ago. As recently as November of last year supporters on both sides went against one another outside of a Canadian Hindu temple.

Wait so do we support Sikh Zion? Pros and cons here? I am leaning towards yes but open to change my mind

A shameless beggar. All he's missing is an empty coffee mug.

It's always been kind of a telling thing about Mexico.

Tons of natural resources. People who CAN fucking work, we've seen them work in the US. Border with a HUGE economy. Could do an Atlantic to Pacific rail-line setup with NO problem, shipping stuff faster and cheaper than the Panama Canal. Ports on both oceans. Tons of factories from American businesses.

They should be a mini-America. An economic powerhouse.

Instead, they're a borderline failed state.

Because it's full of Mexicans.

allowing other people into the western world was a mistake

The canuks provide a mere 1% of all US energy. Anyone who brings up the oil angle is overblowing it. At most it would just hurt diesel prices
It would be short term blip on par with a what happens when a hurricane hits a gulf state and temporarily impacts production. Canada exports crude oil. Not diesel or gasoline. We can make up their crude from anywhere. In fact Trump just sent Lil'Marco on a field trip at might have something to do with that.

Why is Maduro being so friendly to the USA all of a sudden? Its because Trump is going to keep allowing Venezuela to ship their oil to US refineries. And don't forget Trumps 1st phone call when he got back in to the white house was to Saudi Arabia. So if Canada thinks they can somehow impact global oil prices they are wrong. Trump can negate any impact with 2 phone calls.

Canada completely boxed themselves in by canceling new pipelines to their ocean ports. The USA is their only viable large scale customer.

Electricity - maybe, at least in the short term. However our imports have been going down on that front, and I believe Canada imports nearly as much from us...
The electricity will sort itself out... its just fucky wucky up there by the borders, for instance the US is connected to Hydro Quebec. there is about 30 major interconnections. In 2016 Canada exported about 60TWh to the US but in 2023 thats down to just 15, with many months of the year in 2024 the US is actually a net exporter to Canada instead.

It has previously been advantageous to have both grids connected like this to share ebbs and flows in supply demand, but when the US is starting to actually net-export back to Canada, it wont matter as they start firing up more power, including nuclear production, in the states.

The 15TWh net imported in the US only powers 1.4m homes. The US has 128 ish million. So basically just one percent, if electricity only powered houses. A lot of it is powering industry, data centers, shopping etc etc. Its just a drop in the bucket for the US. Its a far bigger deal for Canada, as they only even have 15M homes to begin with. we would be dropping 10%. To Canada its worth about $700 million dollars. The US loses that kind of money in the couch cushions.

For the past 5 ish years or so Canada and the US have produced pretty stable electricity numbers. Canada produces about 635TWh per year. The US? 4,200TWh

The 15Twh or so Canada is maybe exporting to the US (could be less as Canada's been net importing more lately) is nothing. The US would have to increase electricity production by 0.3% The exporting is just a matter of convivence since the US allowed them to connect to their grid.

'll be honest, I never knew this was a thing. In fact over the last few years I've known of landlords (both single housing managed by individuals and multi-unit managed by companies) who required their tenants to choose a specific ISP. Did this rule ever take effect? Personally I feel repealing it is a poor decision.

The landlord should have the right to disallow service to their property, and the ability to switch be a feature of the market. I've seen properties that have been absolutely raped by tenants switching back and forth, and they end up with cables run haphazardly, two sets of outlets shoddily chopped into walls due to the new service refusing to use the old services setup etc. and then it costs the property owner to bring in an electrician to undo all the fuckery, fix all the holes etc. Its not the same as switching your cell phone number to a new carrier. Its fairly intrusive modifications done by people who dont give a fuck.

Sure a big corpo could setup a multitenant building with a patch room in every basement/utility room to allow a coordinated and approved switch between the two...but it really fucks over smaller landlords something fierce. the fiber providers (think FIOS) are the worse with how they install the endpoint just screwed to a wall above an outlet.

That said, good money to be made un-fucking peoples houses as an independent if anyone's so inclined. i have a friend who's an independent and gets contracted by both the companies in the area.. and he shits them up per their instructions. Then gives the property manager his card and they pay them to come unfuck everything when the landlord wants it fixed.

Mexico has been a mess for most of its existence. During the early periods after they gained independence the went through heads of state so quickly that there are some months that had three separate people filling the role. Most of the 1800's were periods of short, but failed Republics, civil wars, brief periods of monarchy, and general chaos.

What we consider Mexico today didn't exist as a stable government until 1934. Since then, the IRP (Institutional Revolutionary Party) has dominated national politics. If the name doesn't give it away, they were a leftist party though more recently they've been supplanted by the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) party which is even more left-wing. It doesn't matter how much work ethic your people have if your country has been implementing socialist policies.

Lefties: stop being the world police America, stop interfering in other countries business
America: ok we are going to revoke all funding for foreign countries
Lefties: no not like that.
Which leftists are you talking to?

Communists are celebrating Musk taking out US AID. It is the primary way America projects soft power and controls international trade. Now that it is diminishing, China can rightfully take over American hegemony.
