I’d like to know why this man felt he needed to see a gynaecologist in the first place. I’d almost bet this dude was just trying to make trouble and just wanted a gender affirming annual woman’s wellness exam that many women have, even though these can be readily done by a consulting GP. My understanding it that in France, it takes a notoriously long time to get a gynaecologist appointment, and I’d be pissed AF if I waited for six months only to find a trans woman in the waiting room…penis or no penis. Added to that, this cockhead complains because his gender was not affirmed, hurting his fee-fees, and delays this gyn’s patients treatments for yet another month. Like it or not, fee-fees aside, a Urologist or an Andrologist, are far more appropriate specialists to deal with male sexual health issues.

The French Medical Council should be shamed for taking this action against a specialist that was literally just doing his job by offering referal to an appropriate specialist that clearly wasn’t himself.

The entire story is now in the SRS thread. While I have a small degree of understanding now, a gyn still wasn’t the appropriate specialist. Dude needed a mammogram exam, and he thought it was urgent so tried queue jumping. Should’ve just gone to his GP and got a radiology appointment.

I remember this case.

The (pre-transition!) troon was demanding to be seen immediately for an emergency mammogram since he was experiencing "breast pain," and didn't even bother going to see his GP beforehand for a referral. The secretary tried to explain how to proceed, and the troon flipped his shit and started screaming at her that he needed to be seen NOWNOWNOW.

The ob/gyn isn't in trouble for refusing care - he was well within his rights to do so. The problem was with how he refused. Notably he reacted like literally any other person who had a tranny flipping out at their secretary in their ob/gyn office. The French demand a certain level of professionalism from their doctors.
If they thought he was guilty of discrimination of some sort, he would have been more severely punished.
