We had to stop everything, no warning, no time to adjust,” Madhuku said. “I appreciate that Trump might have some justification in trying to account for American taxpayers’ money ... but it has caused disaster here.”
Maybe they should try to improve the situation somewhat instead of relying ln foreign aid...

I spoke about that in another thread. There is the perception that Europeans hate Trump, but it's just not reflected in voting patterns. It's similar but inverse to how trannies appear to be widely accepted, when in actually when people are honest and not afraid or bothered by the pollster, their actual perception is negative. It's anecdotal but the people I speak to either think Trump is funny, or that they appreciate he's very honest and straightforward. I do have one exception, that being my grandmother, but she primarily gets her news from the TV.
From my perspective people who work in and around academia, the mainstream media, NGOs and some parts of the arts and civil service are still acting like they were in 2016. And you have a lot of people who can see through one lot of bullshit but not all of it. There are lots of Terfs who think being anti-rampant immigration is racist. They can't handle the current situation where they want to hate Trump but are seeing him do everything they've been trying to do to stop child-mutilation and child and women endangerment by TiMs. They refuse to see how much of current environmentalism is a clear scam, even though it's genuinely a scam. They really are people who have, as JD said, 110 IQs but think they are 130. They are a little bit smart in a particular field/topic and they think they are so much cleverer than everyone else but they don't have the type of intelligence required to see beyond that.

NGOs being funded directly by taxpayer money through USAID to turn around and use tat money to buy lobbyists to get more money from USAID is such an insidious feedback loop. Its outright criminal and everyone involved should be strung up.

The fact that the government just pays NGOs to do things they don't want to publicly admit they support disgusts me. Your money pays for mass illegal immigration and all the gibs they get. Then your same money is used to get more of your money.

A killing bolt will shine in the night but will not kill.

That was the MIRV ICBM that Russia launched into Ukraine. It was AFAIK the first time an ICBM was used in war, but it didn't carry a nuclear warhead (iirc it carried no explosives at all), killed nobody, and only destroyed the factory they were targeting, which was empty at night.
It was not an ICBM. Russia calls it a "hypersonic missile" for propaganda purposes, though it's officially classed as an intermediate-range ballistic missile, with an assumed range somewhere between 2000km and 4000km.
I'm worried that he considers Starmer as nice.
He often says he has a good relationship with people early in a negotiation, usually right before he hands them a pair of kneepads.

The thing about the USAID takeover that's making me laugh:

Politicians and political influencers all over social media are shrieking about how awful and dangerous it is that Elon Musk has grabbed sensitive, classified information from USAID's computers.

But these politicians can't elaborate on what any of that information relates to, because that would involve revealing the extent to which USAID is a CIA front organization. And that would make even some of their most NPC followers stop and say "Wait, what?"

So, the Drumpf-haters, reading these social media posts and dutifully getting alarmed, are forced to come up with their own interpretations of what the sensitive information is. They've been told to be scared, but they don't understand why!

And so they've come up with... "Elon is stealing our social security numbers!"

Because if are Elon Musk and you want to get the social security numbers of Americans, the most efficient and logical way to do it is... stealing hard drives from the United States Agency for International Development.

Fucking perfect.

There is the perception that Europeans hate Trump, but it's just not reflected in voting patterns.

Is it that surprising that the only Europeans that average person here knows anything about are people from Reddit and that their take on anything is indistinguishable from any other bugman on Reddit?

The Europeans that wish they had a Trump of their own aren't wasting time on Reddit. They don't need their beliefs validated by total strangers who also worship at the altar of globohomo.

How else do you reverse economic globalization if not with tariffs?
I still can’t decide how much of the leftist disorganization is because they’re demoralized and how much is because they’ve been abandoned by their puppeteers.
The true believers are still there, but they’re all running different point versions of the firmware from the last decade with no coherence at all. It’s like every middle manager suddenly found themselves in the CEO chair and immediately started flailing around wildly using last year’s PowerPoints as a guidebook.
Decentralized oligarchy is a double-edged sword. There is no head to strike at, but also no head to coordinate its actions. Imagine if they had killed Trump at that rally, MAGA would be headless and recaptured. But he's alive and leading them to W after W instead. But if some lunatic chud shot Liz Warren or Newsom or AOC tomorrow, would that really change anything for the Democrats? Can you think of any public leader who is that integral to their power networks? Its a morass of adrenochrome-sucking ghouls and souless climbers. Will they even have a real candidate in four years?

The left has won every meaningful victory since the 1960's, dissolving more and more of the glue that held our civilization together to release political energy to fuel their advance. We are at the point where the concept of biological sex is on the table as a political issue. There is nothing left to be digested save a few surviving load-bearing columns. Half the ceiling is already collapsed and the freaks are still trying to rip down the only supports left with sledgehammers.

Anyone who isn't existentially suicidal can feel what's happening and is panic-shifting to the right.
Here is an hypothetical: You wake up to the secret service surrounding you, they take you to the Pentagon, Trump is there, Elon is there. You're not being executed for your poasting, in fact they love the poasting, but now you have to be nice to these two because they are paying you.
The Problem: "Governor trudeau and his party are going to war with my tariffs, they are booing our National Anthem, very, very disrespectful.
We are pulling a revolution, a rainbow revolution, we are doing some gayops a little bit of gayops..."
You are now USAIDS, you have the full power of all social media, facebook, twitter, etc.
You have an infinite budget to fund gayops in Canada.
What will you do to subvert and turn the Canadian people against the government and what specific Canadian states would you pick to condition for a future 'unincorporated commonwealth territory'?
This one is easy: bribe them. Pay them more than the chinks to stop being gay and retarded.

The really remarkable thing about the last 2 weeks is what an incredible amount of work got done just by someone saying to do it. Trump didn't build new infrastructure, he didn't need new technology invented, nobody needed additional websites or software or vehicles or anything. They didn't need commissions or studies to discover solutions, they didn't need 1000 page official reports, they didn't require international summits, and "stakeholders" sure as hell were not brought on board.

Almost all the capabilities and structures needed to radically address domestic problems, international relations, and decades of economic bleeding were in place. They just needed some Big Shot with authority to make a call and stick with it.
It took years to plan this, along with the intense effort of very bright people who had both a deep knowledge of the law and a particular boner for rectifying a specific situation. In many cases he brought the boner-haver on board and paired them with the law-knower. A shock and awe campaign carefully planned for at least 2 solid years designed to be executed very very quickly. Very very quickly is Trump’s favorite speed after all.

Also when Vance’s terms are up Barron will only be 30. So he won’t be President or VP quite yet. Governor of New York, most likely. Not Florida. Barron’s a New Yorker like Trump, Florida will always be the second home.

Also the bemused black dude at the DNC tryna explain their arcane imaginary gender rules like he’s reading out unfamiliar board game rules hoping at some point they will start to make sense to him based upon common systems and concepts so he can sound more confident about where all this is going and they absolutely do not lol
