I don’t feel bad for Patrick at all he’s the biggest prick on this whole site, which is quite the accomplishment. If he had any kind of power he’d be a genocidal tyrant. He’s also quite fat.

Legally so long as the individuals in question do not vandalise the property or withhold the Maid's salary I do not see any issue there, especially given how this looks to be a case of "spergs who secretly enjoy roasting pig man on xitter hired out his AirBNB with piggy non the wiser" rather than them actively deceiving him as to their identities. Now if oinktits figgered out who they were and (after inevitably trying and failing to sue them) banned them from using said airBNB, leading to them doing so via deception then it may get legally dubious, but I sincerely doubt they will wish to revisit the hovel or that piggy will figure out who they were.

Morally it feels kind of a wash, I mean obviously sausagenips doesn't want stalkerchilds renting his half-hovel and yet he has it as an airBNB and they have not engaged in in-person stalkerchilding nor have they trashed the joint in any real way and have paid him fair and square.

In terms of sperg/ayylawg schtick, assuming the renter had unrelated business in Milwaukee and needed a place to stay and decided to pick the half-hovel for his own amusement that would be the least autistic explanation for the why of things, even if he had to pay a couple dollars extra.

If the renter had some legit financial incentive and costs were covered/recovered because of how lucrative we all know fatrick cawntent to be then it wouldn't have been autistic at all even if I question the live they led to bring them to such circumstances

If the renter was a Milwaukee local with a bunch of neetbux to burn then thats preeeeetty autistic but still within somewhat acceptable limits.

If the renter paid plane/train/gas shekels to make the trek from a decent distance away from Milwaukee just to burn the money for a Weekend at Porky's to get updoots from niche tard baiting forums then yeah thats pretty autistic, and the further they travelled and the more they spent would accordingly amplify the autism.

I suspect this is the generally most likely explanation.

With all due respect to brothermen and pests, while Fatrick couldn’t fight the skin off a rice pudding, he does like to remind everybody about his guns.

Legal argument over whether shooting someone for felony renting of one’s spare half hovel constitutes legitimate self defense aside, he is unhinged and fat.

If he snaps and starts gunning for the pest in the half hovel, all the armchair lawyering is irrelevant once you are dead.

As such, I don’t see a pest taking this risk for some lulz without a solid cover story to throw the pig man off.
 
It's nice seeing Patrick's half hovel turn into the American Drachenschanze where his Cyber-Mobbing kinder (cyber stalker children) can pay him some beer money stay in squalor for the night.

Honestly the paying of pigrick-piglinpig is the factor I have the least issue with. Its basic decency to pay a cheap hooker for the delightful blumpkin she gave you in the McDonalds disabled bathroom, and likewise man of pig getting the occasional sperg tip via his airBNB is a fair exchange for the entertainment he provides all of us.
 
I could have sworn Pat denied having an AirBNB for the longest time and he never admitted to it directly and now sort of silently admits it? Like he says "you never stayed here stalker" or tells Boomia if he comes in the property he will be incapacitated, not denying that he runs one. I figured he'd deny it because of that factor about stalker child swatting not lining up with allowing strangers to stay in a home that will have police visits constantly (over FIFTY times child!)

I don't know my pigonomics grade was a C+ so it was better than Pat's entire high school GPA but it's still lacking.

ETA: Either Pat is gonna shut this down and blame the pests for loss of income, not completely unreasonable and probably would be his best lawsuit basis yet but he'd still find a way to fuck it up, probably demanding they go to prison instead of paying damages. OR this is gonna be a new version of pat texts where stalker childs surreptitiously record talking with him and upload it a month later, because by then the alcohol would've eroded any memory of the discussion.

Plus we know he'll eventually need to pay back the Protester Nation after losing another lolsuit, so in a way is almost like he's borrowing money to make everybody laugh at him.

Today I learned that paying someone to enter their property and not doing anything to either the host or the property counts as harassment. I mean, yeah, Patrick only materially benefited from this, but you have to see past the material-non-harms.
