Not that I don't double the authenticity of this post, but I was unable to find it by searching on xitter. Potentially a suspended account since i saw that "king_of_gamers" comes up with a blank.
Also the character in that profile picture is Krile Baldesion from Final Fantasy 14 (i am a XIVfag, check my activity in that thread) so I wouldn't be entirely sure that they aren't a pedo as well.
