You can already guess how well that will work out. The question isn't if Nick will fuck up, but rather when he will fuck up and how bad.
And CPS is also not simply gone, he and his pilled out wife are now on their radar and any blip will cause CPS to show up again and do a wellness check on the children to verify the parents are not relapsing.
They will remain under the miscroscope for years to come and with the PO in the mix I don't see how Nick will manage to not end up violating his plea agreement. That morons still has not accepted responsibility, he just lied in court while crossing his fingers behind his back to please the Gubernment.
He has consistently explained to anyone who would listen that "drugs were just for fun" and "he could have stopped at any time". He even coped about rehab by pretending that he wasn't a real addict like to those other, that it "was not real rehab, but out-patient treatment!". That is not the behavior of someone who has realized what they did was wrong. It is the behavior of someone angry about being caught.
[EDIT] I also do not think the Judge should let Nick leave the state to attend an event after he discussed doing cocaine with the organizer of said even on Twitter. But once again the people making decisions are completely out of the loop what is going on in the Dabbleverse retard circles.
