RFK has his own political voting base that Trump wanted to include in his own so he could win 2024 that does not normally vote Republican So he made a deal that RFK gets HHS but leaves the rest to him. RFK took it, Trump won , and in a surprise upset to most swamp creatures is trying to follow through.

I would say that sperg like Rubio work better with a assigned task. Sure Rubio was RINO Senator but was never going to go higher then that (sort of like DeSantos).
