Location: Greer’s electronic devices. Documents being prepared to be
sent to Defendants’ Counsel

1. Kiwi farms mantra.
2. email of Joshua moon mocking Greer directly and refusing to remove his
copyrights.
3. Joshua moon as “Null” posting on the kiwi farms board Greer’s DMCA removal
request letters.
4. Various copyright infringement on moon’s site from third parties.
5. Kiwi Farms not targeting Daniel James Silva of North Carolina, who has
bragged about suing Taylor Swift 25 times and was arrested by Nashville
police for trespassing on her property. This proves how arbitrary the kiwi
farms site is for targeting a disabled litigant, but not targeting a non-disabled
litigant, who has sued TS more times than plaintiff has.
6. News articles of kiwi farms victims committing suicide.
7. News articles of kiwi farms stalking keffals
8. News article of kiwi farms Stalking Patrick Tomlinson
9. News article detailing how kiwi farms was set up to induce victims into
suicide.
10. Audio of “victim” Erika saying in open court in May 2022 that she forgives
Greer and thus it casts doubt on her victim status that kiwi farms likes to tout
as justification for tormenting Greer.
11. Numerous harassment messages sent to Greer from kiwi farms users,
showing that these users are of a mind to infringe.

As can be seen, most of it has nothing to do with copyright infringement whatsoever.

It's impressive how much bullshit he can spew to demonstrate absolutely nothing. It's so bad, it's actually funny to think this dude has a "legal" background.

I tried to rephrase it for fun. It's still retarded because it follows his train of thoughts and demonstrate nothing, but I feel it flows a little bit better.

Greer met Steve at Ensign College, where Steve managed a cafe. They formed a close relationship and Steve acted as a mentor, often providing advice to Greer and his ever emerging legal battles, romantic and/or contractual issues.. Following the Taylor Swift debacle, they discussed Kiwifarms, and Steve vowed his support to Greer if he was ever needed to testify.

As time went by, the relationship between Greer and Steve deteriorated and they ceased to communicate. But Greer's confidence in Steve's unwavering honesty never stopped. He expected Steve to honor his parole, and knows he would have.

Unfortunately, Greer was made aware of Steve's recent passing. A fact he was previously ignorant of. Not by malice, but by sheer incompetence. Greer must give a shout out to the sleuths of Kiwifarms here. Credit where credit is due.

If necessary, Greer can provide numerous witnesses and evidences of an existing relationship between him and Steve. But this may be a waste of the court's time.

Greer ask for dismissal on the ground that he is retarded and made a mistake. He did many mistakes in the past, is making many mistakes currently, and will keep on making more in the future. There is a track record of mistakes on Greer's part that supersede the presumption of malice or any adversarial action.

This is correct. The government assumes some minimum level needed for your support, and will never take that away, even if you burn all that on crack and then ask for food.

Much, much, MUCH more likely IFP gets taken away if the court thinks you're fucking with the court. Courts have real expenses that lawsuits cause them, and they have enough dealing with frivolous shit that pays the fees to entertain IFP assholes. They still bend over backwards for them, however, but there are limits. (They like to employ limits that can't be seen as "denying people their right to address grievances" and so do things like "a judge must sign off on your shit first" instead of "pay your fees faggot".)

Much, much, MUCH more likely IFP gets taken away if the court thinks you're fucking with the court.

A great example of this is the currently recommended denial of Acerthorn's IFP status after he was rude to clerks, recorded his phone calls to the courthouse, and tried to go over the magistrate's head to force a ruling on IFP status NOW NOW NOW. Greer doesn't do anything nearly that aggressive.

So I was right, Russ and Steve had a falling out BEFORE he died yet Russ listed him as a witness months later, and I still suspect he listed him thinking he could just say "we fell out" as an excuse later as if it just happened, not knowing Steve was dead for months before listing him!

According to Russ, his own family advised his dad not to testify, which is honestly pretty sad, like his adopted sibs and mormom huddled around his deathbed saying "Don't take time away from you health to indulge anymore of Russell's bullshit, you have nothing relevant anyway and he's going to have to learn what to do without you there to vouch for him."

I'm still unconvinced as he doesn't site this thread, but an obituary, has never shown screenshots of this thread and has referred to his 4000 page main as "thousands of threads". If it could be proven he reads this thread, that would actually show he's been knowingly lying to the court since he consistently accuses Null personally of posting their emails, not Useful Mistake, and he knows Null is Joshua Moon's username.
