List out the drugs and make it VERY CLEAR why you should not even think of risking it to get your fix.

I got a better idea:

Film the results, make it clear anyone arrested at these events is going to be subjected to the same substances. Watch law and order spread universally across the entire country overnight for the next 4 years. Absolutely nothing or nobody of value will be lost.
