Of course the nigger loving jew vavra is celebrating this, but for a much hyped sequel that even the woktards love, this is not a good number in this day and age when Wukong did 2,2 million, BG3 did 875k, Path of Exile did 578k and even fucking Marvel Rivals doing 644k. Enshrouded got 160k after all as well and how many people even know that exists?
What will the peak be? 150k and then it will drop like a stone?

the latest dragon age had a 6 figure player count too, and ended up selling under a 1.5 million copies. and once you factor out the gamepass and gpu "free game" copies dragon age probably sold under a million.

this company will also gloat now but have layoffs after the next dlc ships out in about 6 months.

Comparing the two games, Kingdom Come Deliverance had an all-time player peak of 96,069. The sequel currently has an all-time player peak of 120,328. Not that big of a difference, I expected the sequel to have more players.

Alas, there is no way to know if they made a profit until we learn how much money they spent on KCD2.

It’s got 100k+ players on a Tuesday afternoon. I hate to say but unless there is a miracle this game will be a financial success. I’m extremely disappointed although not surprised that the convictions of gamers are so weak. They value having a product over their beliefs, which I think is overall a scathing indictment of the anti woke crowd as a whole

How much must he sell to cover the costs of developing the game?
If the number peaks around 200K, he will probably get around 1.6$ million.

I predict it will just break even or be a minor financial success. I didn't think it would break 200k, but it might do so on the weekend. Warhorse Studios is most likely here to stay with a second successful game even if Embracer dies. In the worst case scenario of the stock plummeting further, they will be bought and adopted by a different parent company.
