No, we have rare earth materials here in the USA that can be mined instead of investing in a foreign country for production of a crucial resource.
Certain materials are far, far more common and concentrated and therefore economically viable to mine in specific places.

The real world isn't Minecraft where resources are distributed equally anywhere you start digging.

There was is still a tumor in Christian thought that believed bringing about the apocalypse by fulfilling certain prophecies was a good thing. Which is abjectly retarded, let the apocalypse happen when it happens, trying to speed up God's plan is prideful folly.
But "immanentizing the eschaton" is so fun to say.

You're saying it's more economically viable to rebuild a whole country that is right on the border of Russia and mine materials there instead of the deposits we have right here in America?

It's federal money distributed to poor states. Most which are conservative and religious.
And where does that federal money come from? How much of the money that gets taken out of the pockets of Americans ends up actually in the schools?

I do not like our massive financial support of Israel. I do not like the ideological capture AIPAC has inflicted on our system. I do not like Israel's treatment of Christians.

But I know this, Israel is considered an ally of the United States by those in power regardless of party affiliation. If Israel support is a guarantee regardless of party then I can choose between someone like Trump who will do 75% of the same things I want or generic democrat who will do zero.

Choosing to cede political power to enemies over an issue that Americans cannot make an actual choice over (for the foreseeable future) is folly, unfortunately.
The Israelis also kill the Muslims, so that's nice.

Good, I welcome them to try. Will save everyone involved time and trouble if they just do a little bit of fedposting, they will either get shot or send into fuck-me-in-the-ass prison. This is political suicide, optics suicide and actual suicide, in other words the best kind.
I just hope we get to see some good old fashioned gore on display, been a while since I've seen a retard get his brains blown out. I also have my sincere doubts that this stock of soyboy leftists are anywhere near capable of using, let alone making pipe bombs properly. They're all talk, they raise one fist and they're going to be devoured alive and shat out by the same people who had to endure living hell from them for at least a decade. This isn't 2020, if the feds and DAs aren't playing ball, then heads are going to roll. Literally, if they have to, we can always get someone else to play ball. I don't think Punished Trump, who had a fucking bullet whizz by his head only a few months ago, is going to play fair or clean with these people anymore.
Another thing that is different now is the oversocialization. The weather underground really did go underground and lived off the grid in a way that isn’t realistic anymore.

The Redditors most likely to be programmed to extremism will also not be able to stay offline and keep away from electronics- they aren’t far from Boomer Facebook fedposters. Think the volunteers in Ukraine that couldn’t resist the updoots and got geolocated/ obliterated by the Russians with ease.

Also I think the right is smarter now, and between defunding DEI and USAID and god knows what else- that ratline to academia may not be as easy as it used to be.

Unless you want to count the mafia and every other organized crime syndicate that buys politicians and intimidates jurors or whatnot. Do they have to call them that in order to shoot them or something?
Well, at least according to the Oxford dictionary, terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims. And I think the cartel has done that to a T, if not even more-so in recent years regarding many Latin countries and ours as well. As for whether or not labeling them as a terrorist allows the U.S. army in particular to gun them down, I believe so. Because it allows us to either capture or kill members of these cartels without due process.

literally yes.
Designating them as terrorists also allows the US to punish anyone who even remotely associates with or assists them, as far as I'm aware. It makes it a lot more risky to funnel any sort of money or resources towards them and theoretically makes it difficult for them to rely on community support.

I wonder what El Salvadorean prisons are like, especially after this current President started to crack down. They must be decently brutal in the mega compounds in order to keep control.
They're extremely crowded concrete blocks filled with tattooed men. They get minimal amenities. You don't have to wonder, plenty out there on them.
