The majority of USAID expenses and grants were filed under 'Undisclosed' and 'Misc.' .

I can't expense a pack of gum with the company card unless I fill out a report and include a copy of the receipt.
And these niggers get to spend $1+ billion of MY money with zero accountability or disclosures?

You can't shut this down fast enough.
USAID was the BBC's second largest source of funding. Let the implications of that sink in.

For a lot of folks who are vote Democrat every election, the recent events have been like ripping off a bandage over a bad wound.
As an example, I have a good friend who’s a college professor, and is extremely pissed and worried about all of these various budget cuts and deportations. What almost certainly goes over their heads is the how it’s been affecting most folks who aren’t able to live a sustainable life, and how the previous admin horribly hurt those who have tried all their life to get on by (unless they were on government gibs).
Conversely I have another friend who worked a managerial job at a gas station, and bidenomics has extremely hurt their ability to get on by; under Trump’s first term they had good savings and some free money to spend, and during the previous admin their entire savings was drained, in order to just barely get on by.
Two vastly different sides, yet both were abused under Biden, even if the college professor person was able to make enough, and not have to see the issues present in daily life.
To sum it up, I believe that at least 60% of this country is retarded, and most just want to be able to live the American Dream; yet a lot are misguided in order to help protect (D)emocracy. Come 4 years from now, things will be better, and I can only hope and pray that those who were misguided are able to see the truth. Then again if they don’t, it’d be no surprise if they’re too retarded to see the way the way America should be.
/thanks for coming to my ted talk

idk, was mostly curious how people here viewed Trump not following through with stuff like "America first" promise. The general vibe I'm getting here is that people view the positives as massively outweighing the negatives after years of needing to put up with left-wing politics running the establishment. Thanks for providing input
I am perfectly happy dying in the middle east if it means that my family can afford a house. Or groceries. Or water. Or not being raped by retarded taxes. Or not being actually raped by pedophiles in dresses.

That's literally the best positive to negative ratio for policies Americans have had for over 70 years now.

I don't think it's purely about expense. Trump's moves so far seem to be motivated by ego (i.e. "one of the greatest presidents ever") or an actual desire to improve the world and following through since he's got all the power of the greatest country on Earth behind him.
if he indeed "solves" it that's something that's going into the history books for decades if not more.

it's also such a solution out of left field probably no one thought of it, ever. instead of trying to have both sides figure peace out with endless talks, agreements etc. which never worked for long and short of one side genociding the other will probably never be solved, just go in and take over :story:

I still think it's bull and just a maneuver, but I can respect the absolute brass balls dropping that live without any warning.

USAID was the BBC's second largest source of funding. Let the implications of that sink in.
source?

So let me get this straight:

Trump promised to end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours, the expectation being that he'd put Zelensky in his place - Ends up extending the peace plan to 100 days and does the most centrist faggot thing imaginable by calling both sides bad

Trump complained about American troops being sent out to die in sand mudholes like Afghanistan, promoting the "America first" policy - Ends up promoting "Israel first" policy

Trump made out China to be this massive threat to American world hegemony, viewing Tik tok as one of communism's tendrils in taking hold off the youth - Unbans Tik Tok and threatens America's allies like Canada with worse tariff rates than America's mortal rival (25% tariffs on Canada, 10% tariffs on China)

Trump promised to fix the economy and the mess democrats brought on the price of goods like eggs - ends up telling people that they need to suck it up and accept the price hikes the tariffs will bring as a necessary evil.

Why do people love this guy?
your telling me its been 16 whole days and trump hasent even fixed my lower back pain yet? its like he dosent even care!

Watch Trump claim the Suez Canal as rightfully being American clay.

>We defend the whole world's trade for free they're rippin us off. It's unfair. We should start charging a toll if you want to be defended by our glorious Navy. It's the best Navy the world's ever seen.
Would be more useful than rebuilding a concrete zoo for pali's.

How does publicly taking sides in a conflict help your position as a neutral party trying to negotiate an end to it? A "centrist faggot" is precisely what you'd want to look like in such a scenario.
Maybe I bought into Russian bot propaganda too much, which led me to believe that American republicans were a lot more supportive of Russia than they actually were. Complete mistake on my part. I guess there is a preference for Russia... but it's nothing akin to what liberals have for Palestine.
he is still at the end of the tragic day a new yorker
My god... the most tragic byproduct of American race mixing - the orange new yorker.

Why do people love this guy?
because of all the other shit that he has successfully done and is still on track to do. Honestly it's like saying that you hate Santa Clause because although he gave you 50 presents on your wish list he forgot two at the bottom that you didn't really care about anyways.

Hmmm... Mr. Congresscritter, I don't think Mr. Musk wants to run it. I think he wants to kill it.
This is the "bargaining" phase. They want the system left in place, so they're offering Musk the chance to run it. Even if they did let him run it unmolested, doing so would defeat the purpose of DOGE.

Tear it all down, Elon.

It's gay. Why close USAID only to take up something that would be way more expensive then all USAID handouts combined?
Because USAID was full corrupt grifters bilking the American taxpayer to keep their industry afloat.

Nothing like what happens with defense contractors, which tend to use their wealth to support Republican politicians.

your telling me its been 16 whole days and trump hasent even fixed my lower back pain yet? its like he dosent even care!
My co-worker uses the whole "Trump didn't end the Ukraine war thus he's a liar" shit.
I bring up how Biden did nothing and they backpedal with "No I'm talking about Trump!" She's an old HR hippie-lib, so her opinion doesn't matter.
