Reminder: the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) only requires "Reasonable Accommodation". There's two prongs to the law (from employers who are qualified under the law).

Reasonable: an average American would consider it reasonable/unreasonable to force the employer to accept the accommodation for the employee. Requiring unreasonable things like building remodels and custom-elevators isn't reasonable.

Accommodation: Enables the disabled employee to perform the same job, to the same/acceptable level of performance as any other employee. The disabled employee needs something "fair", like a wider chair or an allowance for snacking at the desk every two hours (LOL). This prong DOESN'T allow the employee to underperform/fail compared to the normal employees (after the very specific accommodations).

Also, the disabled employee is actually responsible for designing the accommodations. The employer only says yes/no based on the suggestions vs "reasonable" standard.

Under these standards, Juliana's employer could easilty require her to either return to the office, or else work 8 hrs a day on a live webcam from the fat-shack. We all know she couldn't handle either. She's eaten herself almost bedbound since Covid.

Zero employers are forced by the ADA for let someone work 4 hrs a day for 8 hrs a day of pay.

Doubt Corissa ever actually found Juliana sexually attractive. If she did, it was for a very brief moment.
