This thread was posted on July 10th, 2023.
It's been 19 months since this thread has been posted (at the time of posting this). MBM did not make it two full years since he was widely considered a lolcow/A-log. Just wow. Did not expect this to.......well, for lack of a better word, resolve so quickly. The world is safe from that public safety hazard.
Keeping in mind how long the farms have existed. It's considered quite rare for a lolcow's story since the inception of the OP to finish this quickly and in such a clear and indisputably morbid way.

And at the end of the day, he was fat and I did not have sex with him.


I do want to take my time and again to thank you guys for watching and archiving the multiple degenerate things this man did. You're heroes to me as I can't imagine anyone with a semblance of sanity watching and enjoying 9 hour-pill streams.
Not to mention, I must give a shoutout to the original Kiwis who set on this journey with me. Even though I posted this thread and was one of the first folks to champion this idea. This thread was very much a group project.

I am taking this opportunity to talk about what changes this thread will experience (The OP for those wondering). As again, this doesn't happen much, and I really can only count on one finger the number of times I've seen an individual cow go inactive before Marty. This is a rare occurrence considering this website's whole gimmick is to cover the lives of these creatures, and I want to let you guys know in detail what I am primarily planning on what will happen to this thread post MBM death.

Let's hit this one by one.

1. As some of you have already might've seen. Bionicle will be adding a section to the OP covering the recent events. It will take some elbow grease, but this should go over smoothly as all that needs to be added at the end of the post is a recap of most of the recent events leading up to his death.

2. I wish to convert the thread itself to a past-tense structure in writing since the subject of the original post, and the thread itself is dead. I have a massive doubt that things will change to the degree that we need to actively rewrite sections of the OP. Think all "is" will be turned into "was" and so on.

3. Of course, as I go back and rewrite the thread to be more past tense, I will also go back and make any corrections to spelling errors and grammar mistakes as much as I can. Since somehow I can never be too sure on how much double-checking I can do. So that's a plus.

4. After the previous steps are done. I plan on never touching the OP again after that. Since in my mind, OP's should only update when big events happen in the cow's lifetime. Drama and other stuff can easily be found by reading the thread and keeping up. Since, as stated before, MBM is dead. This is no longer an update frenzy this is a summary for archival and historical purposes.

5. after this point, I don't know what happens after that. Thread easily can be locked by the site admins. etc etc etc. I'd be sad to see something I worked on go truly inactive but that's not up to me. I am ultimately content with how the farm's upper brass handles the thread going forward. There really is no wrong way to go about this.


I also want to make it clear to anyone who has any archiving kick to do. Now is the time to do it. Not that it needs to be in the OP. You never know truly what the individual who currently has control over the last known MBM account could very easily go on a DFE kick. Other than that.

I hope to make the thread's active to inactive state a smooth one.

It's been a fun ride.
