This has been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad few weeks for the Democrats.

The USAID thing blowing up is just incredible. The Dems were right: The system is rigged for some people-- they've rigged it for themselves but have decided to pit Americans against each other so that they could continue this criminal behavior in the shadows.

I'm believer of things happening for a reason. Yes, the 2020 Election was rigged as hell and the Biden Administration was a fucking nightmare ... But if that had not happened, then we wouldn't be getting this "scorched Earth" version of Trump right now.

All the Democrats had to do was to let Trump have his second term 4 years ago, and none of this would be happening right now. lol.

They tried to make him a one term wonder

I used to buy the narrative about OWS being undone by glowops as well. And don't get me wrong, I believe there were ops afoot. But I reflect back now all these years later and am struck by two things:

1. Populism is fake and gay. Without elite leadership of the right kind, a mob is just a mob or, worse, astroturfed containment ala the Tea Party. OWS was never going to go anywhere for that reason.
2. If your broad, class-based movement could be so easily shattered on gender, racial, etc, lines then it was a doomed movement. People have been trying to make multi-racial, multi-national class based movements work for centuries and they were working with human beings who were objectively smarter, stronger, healthier, more pro-social and living in worse conditions than what we have today. It didn't work for them either. So maybe that entire project is a pipe dream, the proles are too clannish to organize around anything that abstract, and hierarchy is inevitable.

In the beginning definitely, the greatest hurdle is getting things started. Once things get going, there would have been many join in with the militias.

Also, in case you didn't know, Occupy Wall Street was first planned by a Canadian Leftist activist group called Adbusters who just got lucky enough for their event to go viral. Ordinarily, they just sold overly expensive magazines ("zines") and shoes.

I don't like his H1B stance either but he should get and deserves special treatment because other then Trump himself no one risked more. If it takes 100k H1B 80iq pajeets imported into some Space X factory to work 100 hours a week for him to be happy then so be it.

This is against everything the new administration stands for and will exacerbate the existing immigration issues in our country. Elon needs to be held to the same standards as everyone else for the new "Americans First" ideology to be implemented properly.

If the right wants to do better than the left here, the focus needs to be illegitimate use of funds for good purposes instead of legitimate uses of funds for bad purposes.

I agree that it would be a good thing if people were wise enough not to trust grifters trying to ride the changing wind but the sheer scale of the USAID money laundering machine (and doubtless other ones hidden in the dark corners of the government) is far more impactful to the general public than credulous fools voluntarily being separated from their money.

If Trump had died, they’d have taken it as a mandate and the rent a mob pipeline would’ve 402’d
