Perhaps I should've said The Cosby Show. Nick @ Nite would air older sitcoms during their line up in the 2000s. When you have limited access to cable, you'd watch what you get.

Here's my .02: Yes, women do lie about rape and sexual assault, some will even take 5 shots of Jack Daniels and 5 bars of Xanax wake up and cry rape the next morning 3 weekends in a row. All I know from it was that OJ had a killer (no pun intended) legal team with the common phrase, "if the glove don't fit, you must acquit." I didn't know OJ was involved in armed robbery. I wasn't alive then at the time, so I cannot say for certain. I know with the racial hostility from the LAPD at the time furthering ruining that racial gap in the 90s, it could've gone either way.

Yeah I've heard this "theory" before. His son from his first marriage was so enraged his step mother and mother to his half siblings had not dined at his restaurant he somehow got it in his head he had to kill her and some guy she may or may not have been fucking. It's just fucking dumb.

Looking at the this purely statistically whenever there is a murder of a partner/former partner it's roughly 35% when identified the other partner was responsible, emphasis on when identified. OJ had a long history of well documented spousal abuse including formal charges he pled guilty to. Roughly 55% of murders are some derivation of domestic violence. He was a famous athlete and had one of the most expensive and elaborate criminal defense teams in history. They found Nicole's blood on his sock in his home IIRC. He claimed he never wore the brand of shoes the killer wore, someone noticed the paparazzi had only about 5000 photos of him over the years and he's clearly wearing them in at least 2 of them. The circumstantial/statistical alone are hard to ignore before you even read about the bloody sock/Robert Kardashian (yes that Robert Kardashian) being allowed to enter OJ's home and retrieve a bag never inspected despite it being from OJ's home currently being searched for evidence . I read about this shit years ago, I know I'm forgetting more details. Then there's Detective Mark Firman who said "nigger" referring to wife beating scumbags he arrested in a recorded interview years before OJ killed his ex wife and therefore anything he said had to be bullshit, cause he said nigger, right? No white guy who ever said nigger in a derrogatory context could ever be trusted, right?

And the gloves his attorney said he couldn't possibley weild a knife with? These gloves?



EDIT: And yes, OJ after getting away with murder then robbed a sports memorabilia dealer to retrieve some of things he sold previously years prior. In all fairness this IIRC this was supposed to be a strong arm robbery he and a few friends were going to just grab the valuables and apparently there was a firearm involved, making it officially conspiring to commit premeditated armed robbery. He did something like 8 years for this. He also committed some kind of tax fraud/evasion or something. The guy was a massive shithead, thought he could do anything and get away with it.

Rap may be music, a big and bold "maybe". But it's definitely not music composition. Dragging and dropping a sound file in the timeline in Ableton Live is not an artistic effort. Why is that so difficult for people to understand?

i have the misfortune of hearing modern rap music when i go out sometimes, in places like shops or out of the iphones of people who don't know what headphones are- i've had to listen to a song where a man, no joke, rhymes the word "dick" with the word "dick" about 4-5 times in a row
i don't recall the actual song but it went something like "bitches on my dick, you jealous of my dick, that bootay on my dick, bitches love my dick-" forcing good people, especially white kids, to listen to nigger music oughta be some kinda crime against public decency

Rap concerts suck. The "artists" show up late by a minimum of one hour and when they're on stage they just scream over their pre-recorded tracks for one and a half versus until their DJ cuts it off into the next "song." They don't even try to put on a good show.

I like rap but it's easy to admit that live rap is complete shit. There are some rappers who put effort into their live sets and even bring a live band with them, but most of them just phone it in.
