The worst thing we ever did was cede environmentalism to the left, the EPA was created by Nixon afterall, and despite the bloated faggotry it has morphed into, we should always strive to be good stewards of the earth. All this climate change shis is retarded, but we need to get back to being mindful of what we do.

Problem though is that the right has famously gone out of their way to suck fossil fuel dick as hard as humanly possible, and Trump has proven to continue that trend. One of his first executive orders opened Alaska to exploitation.

The right should be pivoting as hard as it can to nuclear if they want to be seen as environmentally friendly again. A few concessions to the department of the interior would help too.

I suspect either the NGOs that are funding these protests are in hiding, worried about their own gravy train coming to an end if they make an appearance and are discovered. Or their funding has already been cut, like you suggested.

I'm seeing some reports that Soro's organizations were receiving $240 Mil annually from USAID. This lines up with some of the other billionaires who are suddenly crying foul when USAID was cut. Like Bill Gates. WHo knew that one of the Rischest men in the worlds famous Gates Foundation to save the starving children in Africa is wholly dependent on money stolen from US taxpayers. Or Hillary Clinton freaking out about the cuts. Because once again the Clinton Foundation is in on the grift. Laundering Haitian Aid money into Bill and Hillary's pockets.

They'd get the courts to shut down logging/mining/whatever.

The owners of the property would go bankrupt.

The Green Environmental Groups would buy the property.

They'd stripmine/clearcut the property and dump pollutants everywhere.

They'd sell off the property and claim the pollutants dumped by their operations were from who they had taken it from.

Then repeat.

They were like well organized locusts with legal backing.

The Sierra Club (& their decades long dedication to suing any California municipality planning to use controlled burns as a form of land management) are one of the main reason why so many California cities keep burning to the ground in wildfires. Until the late 80's, controlled burns were a common, accepted means to clear overgrown brush & prevent wildfires in Southern California.
