When he chimps out, the player character tells him to never pull a dumb stunt like that again, and he gets it. No uppity lecture about how ackshually chimping out is a high IQ move. Edit: He did have the whole reason of Chaos killing his homeworld, though that was a different Chaos Army, the Word Bearers. So him chimping over it makes sense. Unlike Henry he did not try to make friends with the Cumans.

I only played the first game. I stopped playing once I realized that the intro title sequence only appeared 6 hours in... that's when it truly hit me what kind of colossal time investment the game requires of me, while simultaneously heavily limiting ability to save. I knew that I'm straight up not gonna have a good time with this Eurojank mess, especially if I'd inevitably end up losing multiple hours of progress due to the game crashing, because I can't buy/brew some stupid potion.
I prefer the new faces, they do look a little uncanny occasionally but they clearly have more detailed animations and facial scans. The combat I agree with you on, the unpredictability of the combat in the first game made things interesting. In this game everything is spelled out to you and you understand the combat completely after your first training session with Tomcat. They obviously dumbed it down for console players who's poor little hands couldn't press all the buttons at once or aim the stick in the right direction.
BG3 doesn't insult white people and butcher history nor did it try to deceive people on what it contained. It's more honest about what it is than KCD2, even if it contains much more shit to complain about in theory (Philosophytube cameo (tranny), a statistically improbable amount of gays, more prominent gay characters, etcetera) but it feels less insulting than what Vavra tried to do.
I was used to even a full plate-armored Henry getting shitstomped by multiple opponents in the first one, but how enemies just stand and watch as their whole group fights you one at a time in this one feels like I’m in a shitty kung-fu movie. I was planning on keeping Henry loyal to Theresa because I like to RP in games like this, but I may stop playing on principle since Warhorse has given in to the “close male friends must only want to cornhole eachother” trope.
Exactly, going to BG3 (thanks Fitgirl) I expected it to be filled with faggotry, just like normal DnD (5e and beyond at least). Just hearing about "Kingdom Cock Deliver-These-Nuts Too" and the state it's in is just insulting.

Henry was never given an actual age. He's entirely fictional. Only Hans was. That's where the issue comes from.
It made sense. The only thing better than equipment is numbers. But that's not at all an issue even against armored numbers if you brought an axe or a mace and can master strike. Combat against groups finally clicked for me during Cuman hunts. There's always one enemy who attacks right after he enters your range, and you can do the same to the next once you bring him down. Clinching at the right time too to create an opening if they also know how to master strike. The ones that switch to archery are just dead meat or giving you a breather.
It also exposed how much normie brained people, that they will mass buy an inferior product
A wise choice. M&B is the way to go if you want actual roleplaying and control.
