For comparison here's the actual v for vendetta speech...where v hijacked the national broadcast system instead of using a platform any idiot with a phone can post too, and while V's original dialog was pretentious pre op era watchoski fluff only slightly more comprehensive than the material they wrote for the matrix. At least it's not bitching about how, "reeee orange man gonna bring back segregation and make my snack cakes cost 50 dollars wah wah!"

It was never a real organization. Every post you make on 4chan is attributed to 'Anonymous' unless you use a tripcode. Fox News made a segment on 'the hacker known as 4chan' so /b/-tards took it one-step further by attributing their actions to 'anonymous' whenever they defaced a public website with an easily-guessable password. Slightly-less-idiotic-but-still-retarded journos from other networks started reporting on a decentralized 'hacktivist' group calling itself Anonymous. Then more retards who still don't get the joke and don't even use 4chan made social network 'psyops' accounts on behalf of anonymous to issues orders to their imaginary hacker armies.
