Source for the interested, he does have some good things to say about Mali, but mostly about how strictly laws are enforced and how pious they are.

Best you can do is not buy it, and maybe inform friends who have it on their wishlist on steam I guess.
A huge problem with informing your friends is that a bunch of them wont care because they are normies. When hearing shit like this, normies tend to go into the handwave/dismissal territory, meaning they will go "Oh, surely you are exaggerating" or "Well, it is an optional thing so I dont have to see it, right?" or "If the game is fun enough, I dont mind it".
Normies are known for passivity, be it cultural or even moral (as much they might want to claim they are moral). If something isnt as explicity or is optional, coupled if the rest of the content is good, they will gaslight themselves that its not a big deal and surely can be dismissed for the sake of a good time, right?
Now, if you tell a normie there is tiny piece of turd in their cake somewhere, they will be all disgusted, no matter if the cake tastes so good. The reason for that is because its affecting them directly but if its not, they can and most likely will diminish the severity. Its a good insight to the normie mindset.
So if you got normie friends, dont bother informing them of this because they will ultimately handwave it if they really want to play this game.
