2. It was thrown away for a reason. Most likely because it's expired.
3. Partially frozen doesn't mean shit. If you leave any sort of uncooked meat out at even ROOM temperature for more than two hours, it's considered bad. Because it's more than enough time for bacteria to have formed. And no, even cooking the everloving shit out of it doesn't guarantee that all the bacteria will be killed.

"The floors even got mopped." I feel as though you say that because you think floors being mopped is a once and awhile thing, when really when it comes to properly cleaning your living space. It should be a daily thing, you are probably so use to smelling dirty floors to not able to know that if you go two days with properly cleaning them, that they start to smell bad. I have a feeling one of the main reasons (Besides being a child/dog fucking loon that shits his pants and doesn't have any friends to begin with) that you don't get visitors is because of how filthy and smelly your home is.
